  It is difficult to see certain fit problems when the cup is rigid and opaque, like this one, but it's certainly possible that it is simply too big (instead of a shape problem). A 30F might be better.

  If you find the band uncomfortably tight (I see you marked this as a fit issue) perhaps a 32E would be more comfortable. Most people with your measurements would prefer a 30 band, but some people still need to size up.

  This seems to be a common issue with full on bottom breasts and the Deco, as suggested maybe one cup down will do the trick.
