Issue resolved
Thanks for all of your suggestions. I think that the bra may be one cup bigger. And the shape of the bra does not fit me. I need open top bras.
Original problem
This is a 4/5 cup bra which can provide nealy full coverage. It is comfortable and do not poke. The lower half cup is almost full with my bust point 3mm lower than the bra's BP.But it is slightly bigger on me on the upper half cup mainly for my right breast. Why?

helpfulI think this is too big in the cup for you: with a horizontal perimeter of 24cm, a cup depth of 26cm is too much. You can see in the first picture how far out the straps are sitting on you. It's possible you've sized up to get wide enough wires? If you really like this bra, try it in 32E.
However, I also think there may be a bit of a shape mismatch going on. You have very high-set breasts, which is contributing to the cups of the 32F being far too tall for you; because of this, it's possible the cups of the 32E will be equally too tall for you and you'll still end up with straps chafing at your underarms. Depending on your tissue firmness and shape, you might do well in true demi-cup styles, which will have a shorter cup height?

My experience with cup depth is that normally it runs at least slightly smaller than the horizontal perimeter value, depending on how firm the breast tissue is; I have a horizontal perimeter of about 27cm and do best in bras with a 25-26cm depth, depending on shape, for example. So it sounds to me as if the 32E would be a better depth for you than the 32F.
If you have shallow breasts, you possibly have a tall root and therefore need a cup that's more open on top so it doesn't cut in. From your description of flesh under the arm, it does sound like you have wide roots. A demi-cup or one of the British half-cups (eg Freya or Fauve half cup, which are really more towards 2/3 cup than true half) would have wider wires that would accommodate wide roots.
It's normal for one breast to be larger than the other; I think I have between 1 and 2 cup size difference. Padding to correct the asymmetry is fine, and can make the bra more comfortable on your smaller size, as the cup will have something to do other than to irritate you ;)

I think one cup smaller may just fit me.
And yes, I think I need open top bras. I just figured out about another bra I used to wear. It is about the same shape and smaller, 25cm cup depth. Now it cuts into my breast on top but the upper half cups near arm also have some wrinkles.
I have never tried UK half-cups. I thought half-cups could not provide enough coverage. For the flesh under my arms, I mean something like accessory breast. But actually it is just fat tissue. Thanks for your advice, I would like to try UK half-cups in future.

Coverage on the front has little to do with the flesh under your arms. If you're concerned about that, look for bras with tall wings.

helpfulIt looks like it is just too large for you. I also would expect you to be more comfortable in a 28 band or thereabouts. If this bra comes in a 30 band, since it seems to run tight, perhaps a 30F would work better for you as the band and cup would both be smaller.

Thanks. The band is OK for me—not too tight and do not move on me. This is a Chinese brand and they like to make bands very tight. seems that it is about one cup bigger. I thought I was between 32e and f, so I choose the bigger size...

I agree the cups run big. I have tried UK 32FFs and European 70Gs with similar measurements! Hopefully the 32E will be just right for you.
Oh and with many bras, it is possible to adjust the fit slightly by bending the wires. I have a narrow root and I can get a better shape by bending the wires inwards a little bit to make them more narrow. Others do the opposite, bend them outwards to make them just a little bit wider... You can adjust enough to make a 0.5cm or 1cm difference in width--obviously you must not pull super hard ;-)

Hi wendybien,
Thanks for your suggestions. It is true that soft wires usually bend to fit my body automactically, so is this bra.... I think you are right. Perhaps one cup smaller is just right for me~
As I can not return it, I think I'd better add a pad or leave it aside when my breasts grow bigger. they have been growing since last year when I realized I wore the wrong size and change to new sizes╮(╯_╰)╭

That's an idea. Also, if you are young (under 25) it is natural that your breasts will continue to grow a bit for a while :-)

Thanks.
I got a bradelis bra whose cup depth is 25cm and it can fit me well. I think this bra is larger than I need. My friend has a 32E of this brand. She measured the cup depth and told me it is 24-25cm. Another problem is that my left breast is about half cup larger than my right one....So I think I am bettween the two sizes. what do you think of adding a pad to make it full?
I think I have shallow breasts with large roots. My previous bra with a cup width of 13cm always cut in my breast.
I also tried demi-cup bras. They did not fit me well because I am an Asian and have some flesh under my arms. Indeed, foam cups or 4/5 cups can make me feel more comfortable and my shape got better after wearing such types of bra for several months.
