Original problem
I stumbled across this bra in the laundry pile today. Forgot I had it! It's my longest band. It's a 75 (34) E, Chantelle. Does this help with any more thoughts about what band length I should be wearing? Maybe up one cup and down one size in the band? I don't know, thoughts? Oh, I should also note I bent the wires to get them to the 5.4" width. They were originally 6"... I think that might be why the side of the cup looks a little goofy.

helpfulYou could try it in a 70G (70F will be the same cup volume as this, which is clearly too small for you). I found the C Chic too shallow for me especially at the center, it cuts in and flattens me.

helpfulWhy do you want to size down in the band and up in the cup??
It really seems like this is a relatively great fit (much much better than all the others).Updated on September 17, 2014 Flag this

If I swoop and scoop, I end up quadding, and the band rides up throughout the day.

I actually wore it all day, the other day, in an effort to see if it indeed would be comfortable and end up as a good fit, but the cups kept sliding down and the underwire would rest on my rib cage instead of in the intramammary fold, and that sliding down thing would cause more quadding.

Hm, ok! :) I will give that a shot then.
