Original problem
I'm currently searching for the right bra for me.When I first put it on without scooping or swooping I can already fill the cups.I feel like there might be a slight quad-boob effect. It looks a bit strange under clothes. Should I get it in another size? Is this the right type of bra for me? I need all the help I can get so any bra recommendations would be appreciated.
Also, could you check out my other two posts?

helpfulIt's not your fault, and it's probably not the bra's fault either. You definitely need a larger cup size - wanna get your whole breast in there. Even if you have a balcony, your chest should be entirely supported. From looking at the color-coded tag, I'm guessing you may not have stepped out of the restrictive U.S. department store size range. Trust me, the right size is liberating in so many ways. It looks like your band might also be too big. Does the band come right below your breasts, or does it hang lower? Can you fit more than 2 fingers under the band? I posted some info on here about finding my correct size, but there are a lot of awesome DD+ bra bloggers. Check 'em out. One activist-ish one is busts 4 justice, though there's a lot of super cool ladies out there spreading the word. Do you need recommendations for places to shop?

helpfulAre the wires sitting in your inframammary fold? It's hard to tell when looking at this sort of opaque banded bra whether the wires are sitting in the right spot. Sometimes, when they're sitting too low on your torso, it can result in cutting-in along the cup's top edge. It's worth checking.
Assuming the wires are in the right spot, there's definitely some cutting-in happening here, and I honestly don't know the reason. It could be too small a cup, but my gut feeling is that if you were to go up to a 30E, you'd find the cup too large, and that the cutting-in you're experiencing is the result of a shape incompatability, in that the cup's top edge is too closed for you. You look to be full on top, so I think you might need a more open top edge.
Have you tried the Cleo Marcie? I think that in a 30D or 30DD would suit you, not to mention tell you a lot about your fit needs. (I'd recommend a 28 band normally, but Marcie is known to run tight in the band by almost a full band size, so the 30 will probably be more comfortable.)
Or would you prefer moulded/padded cups? I try to avoid them, personally, so I don't have any specific suggestions in that area and I'm really hoping someone more experienced will chime in for you.

helpfulI found that this bra does the same thing on me. I think it's a combo of the top being too closed, and the bra itself running around a cup size small.

helpfulThis bra does run small in the cups. If you really like this bra you have to size up. I was thinking about getting this bra and realized from reading about it on bratabase that I would have to get a US 30G/UK30F, when I would ordinarily wear a 30DD or 30E. A molded bra that is nice is Cleo Juna. It is more open on top than this bra. 28E/28F is what I would suggest for you.
