Issue resolved
Shape mismatch and probably too small
Original problem
Wire width seems better than previous tries. Gore almost tacks but not quite, and there's definitely quadbood. It seems like it fits more like a half-cup.

helpfulI think one size up would do the trick but also a tighter band. Perhaps 32H would be alright? Problem is that will probably mess up the wires since Freya gets pretty wide in larger sizes.

helpfulYou can try it a cup size up, but the problem might be a shape issue. Gem is more of an FoB bra - the top of the cup is pretty firm. You don't look like a FoB shape to me, so you might do better to try Rio as an alternative. It doesn't come in as many cute colors, but I've heard it's supposed to be looser along the top of the cup.
Some ladies do have chronic troubles with gore not tacking in Freya, so it might be a cup too small, or it might just be that Freya's shape in general is not ideal for you. Most of Freya's unlined offerings aren't really designed for much upper fullness, and there is a possibility your upper fullness might be forcing the Gem's gore away from your chest as your boobs seek more room on top. Since Freya has really flexible wires, they don't fight much against this sort of thing.
Without trying the next size up it would be difficult to be positive, but a size up will have wider wires and taller cups, and might have a taller gore, breaking into Freya's GG barrier where bras tend to become more full coverage, which is worth keeping in mind if that's going to be a problem for you.

I suspect it's more center fullness. After swooping and scooping my nipple was kinda bunched sideways toward the outside. I'm close set but very outward pointing.

I'm actually quite center heavy myself, and close set, and have no issues with Freya tacking.
That said, the gore may be too wide, which doesn't help issues. I always narrow the gores on my freyas. If you're close set you can end up with an outward pointing apex due to the wide gore, but that in and of itself doesn't prevent the gore from tacking in my experience.
However, having full boobs on the outside, toward the arm, might - by pulling the cups apart, since Freya's wires are less sturdy - something the bigger bust ladies are constantly complaining about. If you have even and upper fullness, your breasts might potentially be pulling the cups further apart than they want to sit, causing the gore to stick out. That's my theory, anyway - of why Freya tacks on some ladies, and not on others. Since my boobs are pretty much right on top of each other and ridiculously heavy in the center, but Freya tacks fine on me, it can't be explained by center fullness alone. Something else has to be going on.

Looking at the side pic again, I see the upside down 7, but can't remember right now what that means.

helpfulFirst, the quad boot definitely suggest you need a bigger cup. The back riding up is a sure-tell sign that your breasts pull the weight of the front down. So a bigger cup, definitely.
Also the side boob escaping: might be it will be solved by a bigger cup - but possibly this is just a bad cut for you.Updated on October 6, 2014 Flag this
There's one 32H measured on here, but the cup depth is actually smaller.
