Issue resolved
The wires are too narrow and the gore is too far apart. I'm not getting enough lift either. Really frustrating. Hard to find bras that fit.
Original problem

Yeah, the wires here are a touch too narrow for you. It looks like an OK fit otherwise, except that your nipples are well above the t-seam which suggests at least a shape incompatibility.

the cups are too big for you -- they're not giving you any lift. So yeah, if the wires are too narrow for you in this size, this bra just isn't going to work for you.

I'm FOB it's hard t get lift but my nipples are pointing out instead of down so I actually am getting some lift.

well, ok, you're not literally getting no lift, but this isn't what this bra is supposed to look like, and being FOB is not a fit issue :) try a smaller cup in a different bra.

It's hard to say if that is the only problam; those marks on the side certainly look like they end on breast tissue, so that's a narrow wire issue, but at the gore that can be due to a gore that's too wide and even to a band that is too big (allowing the whole bra to ride up onto the breasts and wires to sit on tissue).

Yeah. I think uoure right about the wires. My nipples hit the T seams fine. I just put TP inside to hide everything. I
