Issue resolved
I've come to the conclusion that it's a good fit and won't get better than this in this particular model. Thanks!
Original problem
Tiny bit of creasing but seems to look fine. Just need second opinion

helpfulWow, what a pretty bra! OK, see, in this case it looks like the cup is actually a little larger than you need. It looks a little loose at both the top and bottom of the cup. A 28DD could be worth a try to see how it compares.
It's still wearable in my opinion, so if you love it and can't do an exchange, it would be a reasonable decision to keep it (unless you are liable to lose breast volume soon, e.g. weaning a baby or about to start a strenuous physical job or athletic season where some fat loss is inevitable).
Just one quibble, could you perhaps double check the measurement of the cup width? I wonder if there may be a typo.. 4.1" seems unusually narrow and it doesn't look that much narrower than your other recently fit-checked bras which measured as wider. Is it perhaps 5.1"?

helpfulThis looks like a really good fit on you. I don't think a cup size down would be the best option. The only issue I see is that you could be scooped in just a tad more, I see a little bit of migrated tissue, and in picture #1 your right breast looks like it's not contained in the cup on the left side of that photo. The wrinkling at the bottom of the cup is located in a spot that indicates a conflict of shapes, not sizes. Because you are completely filling out the apex (center) and upper portion of the cups. Sizing down would give you obvious spillover in these two areas.
You may benefit from wearing this just a little bit higher. Maybe it's the angle of that last photo or you have a low set bust for your size, but it looks like the bra could be adjusted up higher. Make sure the underwires are sitting right below your tissue. Try leaning over and wiggling into the bra if you find that works better than swooping and scooping.

helpfulI think this is a good fit overall. Going a cup down may be a bit much. So I'm agreeing with the other two suggestions. A size down will not only make the top of cup smaller but everything else. I think on this case it is just a matter of fullness/shape. Still it is a good fit IMO.
Here's a comparison with a 28DD, you'd loose some cup depth and width as well:

ETA regarding the cup lining, I'm with you--aesthetically I prefer a beautiful sheer lace or mesh. However, building a perfectly formed cup using this kind of guipure lace (at least I'm pretty sure that's the kind it is) alone is difficult because the thick coils of embroidered thread are pretty rigid, so most bra manufacturers seem to prefer to put in an "invisible" layer of lining in a fabric that's easier to cut and sew, in order to ensure the shape and lift that the customer expects. I have tried completely unlined lingerie with this type of lace/embroidery and it is typically quite stiff and doesn't quite make the nice rounded cup shape that most of us want. So, in short, I would advise against removing the lining because it is there for a reason.
(Although again I'm with you on the appearance issue. I would much prefer a lining that helps do the shaping, but that is also sheer!)
