Issue resolved
I bought a larger bra in an auction on ebay and am hoping I'm getting closer to my actual size. Everyone had great advice and it is greatly appreciated!
Original problem
I don't think these pictures really captured the major issues I have with this fit. It gets worse as the day goes on and I just put it on for these photos. There is a little bit of top quad boob on my larger side most of the time and sometimes it's also on the other side, and gets worse on the larger side. I suppose that's a band sizing issue and changes based on whether I'm slipping out the bottom or sitting right in the cup. But I always have some degree of the smaller breast having approximately an inch of quad boob type effect on the bottom. Like if I were to bend over (and I do because I lift weights and the mirror there is where it's most noticeable and makes me self conscious) then you see my boob, the wire, and then an inner bubble going in to the cleavage. It does it on both sides but it is usually worse in that area on the smaller side. I guess the larger size is taking up more of the cup and pulling it in that direction? This sounds stupid but my boobs are "new" at this size because I had to have my implants from 12 years ago replaced and due to nursing babies had excess skin that they filled with larger implants. I had been a 32D (according to VS fitters) and this bra is a 32DDD only because it's what the largest they had in anything remotely pretty. The band is on the loosest hook in this pic, but I really need it on the tightest hook. No matter where I put the hook I get the same effect, but I think it might be less evident if I have it looser.
I want to buy something online since I can't try on anything in store because we just don't have any stores that offer large cup sizes in small bands here. But I am not sure of the size/brand/style that I should try. I'm very indecisive and the thought of having to order numerous bras online and having them not fit is kind of paralyzing to me. (I'm weird, I admit it.) I even tried to go and try on larger band sizes with various cup sizes yesterday to see if I could maybe alter something and make it work. The ones that I found that actually fit my full breast pointed straight out to the sides and I felt like it looked ridiculous. And then the ones that I found that appeared to fit and point forward or at least remotely normal looking, the underwire went back on my sides too far (I think...I'm new to trying to get a proper fit and haven't ever had one on that fit properly so maybe that's how they fit). I would think that the underwire should follow the curve of the breast near my armpit. But these seemed to go farther than that and I've read about migration. In my very uneducated opinion, I would think that would leave me much more susceptible to that happening. Yes? No?
Am I wrong and this bra fits fine? The gore looks in the picture to fit much closer than it really is in real life and for whatever reason I couldn't get a pic that seemed to really show it as it is. I took the pics myself so maybe I just couldn't get the right angle. I do know that even if I pull the band tighter as if I were to alter it, the gore still won't go to my chest. So I assume the cups are too small. When I do that it just gives me more quad boob and absolutely zero separation between my boobs. I'm feeling pretty lost here and feel kind of stupid that bra fitting is this hard. I'm sure I'm making it harder than it has to be. HELP!

helpfulHi there, the bra isn't anywhere close to fitting! First of all, the band is much too big. You should probably try a 28 or 30 band. Secondly the cups are much too small. I can't say for sure, but I am guessing you'll want to go up at least 2-3 cup sizes so that the gore will lay flat and you wont get anymore quadboob. So probably try 30G/GG or 28GG/H (UK), but put in your measurements in this calculator to make sure: http://www.sizemapp.com/en/

Wow, thanks! That is a lot of great info I would have never thought of! I measured my breasts in all the ways this site recommends. I don't know the measurements unless I'm looking at this site where I put them, lol, but it sounds like I need to do some studying to understand what makes all of these brands and styles unique and find out what will really work for me.
Thank you so much for all of your help!

helpfulIt's because the bra is in very wrong size.
To put it simply, Victoria Secret has very bad brafitting service and very small size range.Bottom quad boob should never happen. If the wires move on the body, it means the band is too big. You need a band which fits snugly and wires wide enough to accommodate whole breast. That's when bra is in the right size: the wire doesn't move and breasts don't get under the wire.
Also this bra looks like having really soft and unsupportive band. Is there powermesh under that lace? Edited: Ok, there isn't. There's no way it can hold.
I would advice you to spend some more time here and try to find a bra which fits best to your shape... try to determine your shape. if some wires are too wide, maybe you just have narrow roots and you need narrow wires? Also, you are full on bottom so you probably need a bra with 'open' cups. I guess implants make your bust firm, so you probably can wear low cut styles. I don't know how much support you prefer - do you like all bras to be very supportive, or you may want to have some less supportive, but more elastic or prettier bras. Take those things under account, you can find more advice and reviews here, so don't worry.

Thanks for the detailed advice! Yeah, no mesh under the lace around the bands. Maybe that is why it's feeling like it is stretching out so quickly. I wouldn't have even known to look for that.
As for the size or shape of my breasts, I am really confused on that one. I "think" that I have fairly wide roots. Although that terminology and even the concept is foreign to me. I saw on another site it compared the part where your breast attaches to your body as a large smile, a sort of smile or a flat smile and since I'm not standing side by side with someone, I feel like it would be a wide smile but I could be wrong. I'm not sure of I'm full on bottom or on top or evenly or what. I am full on the bottom but I believe I'm full on top too. I wasn't quite sure what to label that as. I'm new to all of this. There were many cup styles that I wouldn't wear out of the erroneously sized ones at VS because they seemed to be toppling out of the top and just looked kind of alien like. I don't know if that helps or not. As far as soft/firmness, my old implants were saline and were very firm. I have silicone now and according to my surgeon I have very thin skin and he has had me avoid massage whereas he prescribes it for almost all patients because he doesn't want them to be too soft (something to do with my skin elasticity). So all of that to say they are probably slightly firmer than natural breasts but not by much. I used to be able to wear whatever I wanted and look like I had a bra on. Not so much with these, lol. As far as the cut or support I'm wanting, well although cleavage is lovely sometimes, I would prefer not to have the acne or clogged pores or whatever it is that I keep getting because these stupid bras have them so squished together constantly so I would like more separation than I've got now at least. I think that is my main problem. I don't feel like I have any and if you are trying to show cleavage and wearing something low cut them that's great. But under regular shirts I may as well be sporting a uniboob compressing sports bra. I'd like to avoid that look. :D
I'm trying to bite the bullet and am planning to buy a 28G Cleo by Panache from EBay tomorrow. I have no idea how it will fit. You would think that I'm signing a contract for a home mortgage as nervous as I am about this purchase.

helpfulThis reminds me of the very first 'pretty' bra I bought - I too had bottom quad boob, overspill, a band that was too big for me and the need to constantly readjust throughout the day to sort of stay in it.
I agree with those suggesting a 28GG as a good starting point, and I definitely agree with you saying that the idea of buying a lot of stuff, trying it and returning what doesn't fit is exhausting. (I live in Australia so shipping is ridiculous from many places overseas, especially the US and Poland, and I hate the idea of wasting all that money on doing returns.) I definitely think the best option would be to buy online if you don't live near a brick-and-mortar store with a range of sizes for you to try. What I would do is:
1. See what options you have with free/cheap shipping, and what kind of selection they have - and how forgiving their returns policy is. I have been told that Nordstrom's offers free shipping in the US, but I don't know what their policy with returns is (and also with whether or not the customer pays shipping on returns). Brastop are in the UK, but their shipping is a flat charge without regards to how many items are in your order - so you can make it worth your while by ordering a few items at a time, if you're game.
2. Once you've found some places you'd be OK buying from, I would also think about what sort of bra you would like/what you need - if you prefer bras with padding, if you need something that you can wear for work, if you want something pretty as well as what kind of requirements you want from a bra that are specific to you. For example, if you are petite or short-waisted, most of Panache's bras will be out (I can only wear them because I'm quite tall - many of their styles come up high under the armpits and can dig in quite painfully). Are your shoulders small/wide/average? Do you prefer more coverage or less? Do you have boobs that are close together or far apart? If you like VS-type stuff (padded, colourful, plunges) one of Freya's Deco variations may be a good option - although I'm told there can be some gapping at the top for people with full-on-bottom boobs and the Deco in general runs a bit big in band and cup.
3. The first way I figured out what things I'd like to buy online/would work for me was by reading reviews. If there was a specific style that I wanted to know would work for me, I'd look it up on here, but a lot of the time I would read bra blogs written by ladies with a similar shape/size to me and look at things that worked for them. I saw from your 'Shapes' section that you have surgically enhanced breasts - you could try looking at the blog By Baby's Rules, as she does as well and I think she isn't too far off from you in size (about 28HHish if I recall correctly). This is just something that worked for me personally early on.
Good luck in your journey towards wearing correctly fitted, attractive bras that you don't have to constantly rearrange! If you do purchase something that turns out to be a dud, the best way to look at it is to use it as a learning experience - you can then look on here and see if you need something bigger in the band/smaller in the band/less wide/more deep etc. I have definitely gotten better at picking if things are more likely to work for me.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm trying! Who knew it was so intimidating to buy bras lol? I did buy one from EBay today. We'll see how the fit is. It may not be the right style for my shape but I'm doing exactly as you said and going to view it as a learning experience if it's wrong. They won't do returns, but even if I can't just put it back on EBay myself I only paid $8.00 for it so I won't be out too much. I went with something I could get at a decent trial size price in case I don't fit. It was a 30G so we will see. Sounds like the band might be too large but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. If the cups fit and I like it then I might use it as a test subject for band shortening alteration. You ladies have given me the push I needed to just try something...anything, so here goes nothing! :D

Yup - VS fitter is dead wrong. This bra is nothing like fitting.
And you arent the only one - I'd ordered a 34 DDD from hanes or something, and thought it almost fit. Then I went to a fancy bra store (that has extended sizes) and after she brought me most of what she had (and nothing pariticularly fit, but one was kinda close) I showed her my 34DDD and she laughed at me and said "Your boobs are asking, why dont you like us?"
If you payed money for these boobs, you damn well should pay money for the bra to make them look their best!
One thing thats helped me is to look at various bras on this site, look at the band lengths (I think I dont stretch tight enough when I measure, btw), and look at cup depth compared to laying breast perimeter - for me thats what works best.
So, just to compare my measurements and yours - my loose ribcage is 33 and I'm wearing 32 bands. If your loose ribcase is 30, there's no way you can fit a 32, and she's right - you probably should wear a 28
So then you have to find a bra in a 28 and see what cup size is 10 inch depth. and that should fit you.
if your boobs are falling out of the bottom of your bra - definitely too big a band. Much too big.
so just randomly looking around - check out the Freya Gem Blacony - comes in purple, if you look on this site, the 28G is an 11 inch cup but the 28FF is 10, so that should fit. Its available at Bare Necessities where i've been shopping
But make sure your measurements of yourself are correct.
I admit, its painful to buy and ship. See if there are any really good stores in your area - its worth a trip! But VS has nothing in extended sizes, so dont go back there
