Issue resolved
Your help was instrumental in my finding the correct style
Original problem
Underwires dig in on the sides of breast tissue, allowing some tissue to escape, top of cups don't fill in completely

helpfulIf an underwire is too narrow then the bulk of the breast cannot get into the bra, so it's lose/lose-you often can't even tell if the volume is correct for you. Additionally this looks like a tall, narrow cup design (common in plunge bras) which is the opposite of what you need. When you see a bra that looks like it forms a deep V neckline, it is most likely a plunge bra (often they are labeled that way if you are buying online).
There are bra bloggers and redditors who have made lists of bras that are well-suited to a very wide root, so try googling ("bras for wide boobs" and that sort of search phrase). You will find ideas of models you can try.

helpfulI agree with what wendybien said. As I recommended on another request of yours, try to stay away from bras with high coverage cups as are not good for breasts with little top fullness.
