Extreme spillage. I just altered the bra /again/ and I was wondering what the approximate size is now.

helpfulWith that band length, your alteration makes it roughly the same as a 28G/GG. It's probably worth noting that this bra is exceptionally wide and shallow compared to bras manufactured for this size range (most cups are around 15-16cm wide as opposed to this bra's 23cm), so the amount of spillage you get is probably higher than you would in a bra actually made in this size.
A 28 band seems to be about right for you (this will vary between models as some run firmer/stretchier than others), but you'll need a bigger cup size. This is clearly a lot too small, but it's hard to see whether something is 2 sizes too small or 4+ sizes too small just from one picture.
I see that you've had a good calculator suggestion in one of your adventures, and/or if you want to try out a few more calculators, you could also look at sizemmapp or the calculator on the Sophisticated Pair website. Measurements are only a start, and being able to actually try out real bras which are close to your right size will help refine what size and shape bras you need.
If you're lucky enough to be able to go and try out bras in a shop or order from somewhere with free shipping and returns, trying the same bra in a few different sizes may help you pin down your size. If you can't get this (not every country has this sort of service from retailers), probably just start out with very cheap or giveaway bras from the listings here or reddit's r/braswap until you have a better idea of what you need, as most people need to try on a few bras before getting one which really works well for them.

helpfulFor the bra you altered,it runs around a size 28FF to 28G.Most 38DD's have similar cup depth.
I'd say for the size you need,go for around 28HH or 30H,depending on brand.Updated on December 8, 2014 Flag this

helpfulI'm extrapolating a little bit from my own measurements, but I'd suggest trying a 30G to start. You'll find that a lot of 30" bands fit like a 28", and a lot of 28" bands are too tight, unless you're a tiny teenager.

helpfulif you happen to amazon prime that would be a good place to order a few sizes to start narrowing down a range or asos.com also has free shipping and returns and quite a few bras though not as many or as many sizes to choose from. can you guestimate how much empty space you have on the sides of the cup? the depth is what i would expect in a 30FF or 30G but its hard to really compare since those would have around 3" less width typically. So I'm in agreement that the measurements for depth and band length look like 28G/28GG ish on your altered bra. I wouldn't wear sister sizes but I can tell pretty decently on cup fit going off them - I realized when I went down this rabbit trail that my Grandma and I actually were the same size. She happened to wear 38B in those 18 hour types. Basically the same as my 30Fs in volume. Knowing my grandma she probably had such a big band so that she wouldn't have a large cup. she would have found it unseemly.
