Issue resolved
Thanks ladies. After you pointed out the measurements it was so obvious, I tried it with an extender and the problem went away! Going to re-order in a larger back size. You've been so helpful! Will change my measurements too. Thanks
Original problem
I know this might be obvious (although I hadn't realised until I took photos) but is the fit issue with this bra the back size? I have 'scooped and swooped', which got rid of the back fat, but as soon as I moved it returned. It may seem mad but its actually quite comfortable- which is why I'm asking. Is it worth going up a band size? I often have problems with straps falling off my shoulders and worried that a 32 would mean the straps were further apart. Also most Freya styles I find I can do up on the tightest hook first time when I try a 32 (which is why I opted for 30 this time- but that pic horrified me!) Other than that it feels a good fit... Im still not entirely sure of my shape but after scooping and swooping the cups are filled (as you can probably see from the pics, I have one boob a bit bigger than the other which sometimes causes me problems with fit, I can choose between gape or bulge.) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

helpfulThe easiest way to see if fit problems are due to an excessively tight band is to put on an extender and see if the fit problems still exist. Considering that your tight ribcage is about 31" and that your bra band is only 30", it does seem likely that the band is under a lot of tension and this can cause the wire to poke you in the sides, for sure.
Beyond that--sorry to be annoying, but just a tip: to give a more decisive answer than the above, most of us here would probably need a true profile photo (side pic, make sure your arm is not in the way so the side of the cup is visible) and also it would be great if you could double check the data you entered under Loose Ribcage in your measurements (right now it says 20.2 which seems unlikely!)
The side pic will help us see if there is much wire distortion, which usually means there is too much tension on the band because it is too tight. Other signs of a too-tight band include big indents or dimpling around the wire or above the end of the wire.
The loose measurement is helpful because we can see how big a difference there is between the Comfortable and the Loose measurements, to assess squishiness. A person with more flesh around the torso can withstand more compression than someone who is firm or bony.

What wendybien said!
Oh and also--make sure the straps are not excessively tight as this can also mess up fit on the outside of the cups. The straps should be basically just tight enough that they don't fall off your shoulders-no more. Overly tight straps can sometimes disguise a cup that's too large for you.
