Issue resolved
Went up a cup to get enough depth.
Original problem
I really like the fit of this bra but I'm wondering if the cup is deep enough for my shape. I find that when I swoop and scoop my breasts fill the cup fully with just a tiny bit of loose fabric at the tops. The gore, however, seems like it doesn't quite tack. I also tried the 36G to see if I could get more depth but I was left with too much extra fabric on the top. I can kind of reposition my breasts a bit to move them outward and the gore tacks a bit better.
Also, I think my shape is somewhat wide-set/splayed. This bra gives a very front and center position (which I love) but it almost seems like the gore is too wide given how close together the bra brings my breasts. The gore definitely isn't wide (<1 inch) so I'm not sure what's going on.
Overall the bra is comfortable and I love the shape it gives so I'm not sure if this is a deal breaker for me.

helpfulYour numbers suggest a larger cup size. I would try that up; it should fix the depth issues as well as the wire narrowness. Since you say that the 36G was baggy, this could be indicative of you needing a different cup construction. Try Panache Jasmine in 36FF and 36G.

helpfulI think this is allllmost right, it's just that the cup is a bit too closed for you (just a TINY bit...) at the center of the bust, near the gore. That's why it is almost tacking but not quite. My guess is that your root is not very tall i.e. when your boobs are supported their fullest, most projected area makes sort of a lying-down figure 8 shape (like the shape the cups of this bra outlines, basically). So the Cleos that are made for short, projected roots are good for you, but sometimes they may need to be tweaked.
Have you seen the tutorials for narrowing a gore? This can allow a little bit more openness for center fullness. This might just fix the small problem of the gore for you.

Thanks - I'll try the Jasmine and the larger size. I think the measurement mismatch might also be my measurement skills - measuring an unlined bra is a little tricky.
