Issue resolved
Smaller band, bigger cup, overlapping gore... not likely found by us company.

I assume you want to know what size to get given that neither of these sizes (in your 2 fit requests) fits?
I'd say it is clear you need either a 38 or a 36 in a (much) bigger cup size than this. You need at least 13.5"' based on the measurements of that 42G which fits you.
(Band-wise: While this 38 band may seem to fit, given that the cup is way too small for you, this may be creating the illusion of fit by making the whole band tighter--you'd have to reassess with a well-fitting cup.)

Hon I think you need bigger band and bigger sup size. I don't see any lift from your picture.
try 38H/40GG I know Some people preper or just feel compotable in tight.
