Bra fitting help » Custom Comexim too small :(
Comexim » Ginger Plunge Bra (365) » 75J 34:10
Issue resolved
Listed. Going to try the models ginganinja suggested.
Original problem
This is a new cut from Comexim and I didn't realize it was a 'less coverage bra'
Band is obviously too small, I'd need 80 if not 85. Cups are tiny.
I know this doesn't fit, but I was hoping you'd let me know which comexims might work for me? Iris 75HH is a little too small and sapphire 75J is great. Or maybe just commiserate.

helpfulTheb sapphire it is. But if you want that bra you need one bigger band and one bigger cup too.

All I can think about it sapphire. I think you should wait new season design like me :)

helpfulOh no how disappointing. I don't have any advice because I'm not a Comexim gal, but I feel your pain! Grrr skimpy cups. (And what's up with the crazy tight band? Honestly that seems small even for Comexim. I wonder if they did not accidentally custom-cut you a 65J instead of 75J.)

helpfulI think you could really go with any of their plunges and be fine, so long as you're in the right size. The Sapphire is just like the Basic, so the Basic would work well for you. However, I suggest sizing up in the cup for the Basic (to 75K), as it runs about a cup size small. Any other of the plunge bras in Comexim would work in a 75J. That's my size as well (boob twins!), and I have tried the Veronique, Georgia, Tropical Garden, Audrey, Luna, Iris, and Pantera in my current size, and they all work well. Mirage's band is a bit small, so it worked for me in 80HH. Chevron runs about a half to full cup size small. And I still haven't quite figured out my size in Geisha or Carmen. Those two are the only ones who seem to not work for me in whichever size I try.

ginganinja have you seen the floral longline on their Facebook? It's also on the main website but not for sale yet. Do you think that'll be one I can get in a 75j?
-
Yes, I have! It is gorgeous! Honestly, I think you could get any Comexim bra in any size (for ones that are current and not sold out), as they offer customizations free. I have absolutely zero experience with longlines, though. I'm hoping to see some pop up on here before getting brave and ordering one myself.

Haha I meant would it fit in a 75J, I know they'll make me whatever size I want. Guess we'll have to wait for someone else to bite the bullet. Hard to make a guess with no info. :)

Oh! Sorry! :D
I could see them running shallow, but I honestly have no clue. My ribs flare out and my stomach curves in a bit too much to trust longlines would ever work on me. I'll wait for a brave soul with disposable income to go for it before I take the plunge.

The model lady on Wellfitting wears the same size in those longlines as she does for the plunges, so maybe that's an indication of sorts? Of course, I don't think either fit particularly well on her, so that's only worth so much.

helpfulSo after seeing this I did some research. I have a store and have many of the gingers. When it's layed on top of another plunge (I compared it to the sapphire), you can see it's the same cup shape but shorter. The lining and underwires are the exact same shape, but it is a good inch shorter in the cup and gore. I think people who order the reduced cup and lower gore custom fit no doubt inspired her to make this bra. It is perfect for them. It makes sense that she only made them up to an H cup in a 75 though. It is just like a half cup in that once the breasts are large, it leaves a lot of unsupported breast on top, which, unless the large breasts are super firm, the breasts will just fall out the top. The band was about an inch shorter than the sapphire, but it really doesn't stretch much. I normally buy a 75 band with Comexim but the 80 or 85 would of worked for me. I have the tropical, the Audrey, the pantera, queen of hearts and the basic. These all work well for me (in 75K with a higher gore) I have tried on the ginger, the otylia which look great on smaller breasts than mine but didn't work at all for me. I don't own, but have tried on the sapphire and the mint, and they were great too.

Yeah, sapphire is great but do you know any of their other bras that have the same cut? I like blue, but I don't want to be stuck just ordering the same bra/color. Lol
