Bra fitting help » underwires too narrow?

Issue resolved
wendybien guessed that the band is too tight, causing the wires to feel uncomfortable, and suggested a bra extender.
Original problem
my body is bending the bra where the underwire ends. my tissue isn't being cut off, but the wires are a little uncomfortable... as the band stretches out, will this problem go away or will it be exacerbated?
i am looking for bras with slightly wider wires. please give me suggestions on other underwire bras that might fit me!

ehh it's definitely not pain at all. the wires and band are tight to the point of being slightly uncomfortable

Do you think perhaps it is just a matter of the band being slightly too snug for you? This can make the wires less comfortable as well. Perhaps you can try an extender and see if this helps? Some Panache bras stretch out after a few wears, so you may no longer need the extender after you've had the bra a month or two.

great idea!! what bra extender should i buy? i went on amazon and saw some varying brands and prices.

Well, there are tons of them out there--just make sure it has the right number of hooks (same as your bra) and that they are spaced correctly to fit your bra.
Avoid extenders that have a piece of elastic in the middle (you can see it in the photo). This elastic sometimes means that the extension will be too great even on the tightest hook. You want the non-elasticated ones that look just like the existing end of your bra band, a plain tab of fabric with hooks and eyes.
