Bra fitting help » Quad boobs, what size next?
Cleo » Maddie Moulded T-shirt Bra (7201) » 30E 30:6
Issue resolved
Will try a size up.
Original problem
Confused about what size to order next. This bra is almost right, just too tight in the cups as I get quad boob on both sides. The gore is great, as are the band and the cups are full. My bra says US size 30DDD/F and UK size 30E. So when looking to size up a cup what size should I look for? I'm feeling really confused, but happy to be close to a great fit!

helpfuldoes the gore hurt? it looks like you are very close set breast, and that the wire of the gore are pressing down on actual breast tissue.
i tried this bra on as well and that was the major problem i had with it.
i'm thinking that this style is not a great match for your shape, the wings/band looks a little short/not tall enough for you. that is a problem i have all the time. where the wings need to be taller to help contain all the under arm/top/side boob.Updated on March 14, 2015 Flag this

I have it on again. The gore is comfy, possible just a tad high. I think it looks like my breasts are close together because the cups are so small the tissue is being squished inward and out the top. the sides/wings actually feel nicely high. So confusing!

helpfulSee how the cup depth is 7.0 and your breast perimeters are 7.5 through 9.8? Your cup depth should be somewhere in the range of your perimeters and it is IN that range, but way at the bottom end . . . I'd think you need at least a 9 inch depth. In this model, that would be a 30FF. But I'm not sure!

I agree. If it's possible, try both 30F and 30FF but I'm thinking you'll end up in the FF. The F is one cup up from this bra. Ignore the US sizes listed, it's a UK bra so go by that. Conversions are fuzzy and vary by brand and whatever they feel like saying that day.

helpfulMaddie, like Juna, comes up a cup size small, most people end up in one larger cup size, even if the shape suits them completely. If you can possibly order two sizes at the same time it answers so many more questions, if the next one up is too big or has other issues then the shape likely is wrong for you. And Cleo does have mostly low wings and short wires, I like a longer higher wire at the side.

I thought it felt ok, but now I need to put it back on😊. I have a lot of side boob, I think it's wide roots?
