Issue resolved
Am trying bras that are more open on top. This one has both too large a band and cup size.
Original problem
This is the second fit request I'm posting for the same issue - overhang of underarm fat (?) over the side of the bra.
Although this bra doesn't fit well, it's still one of my better fitting bras currently. I've got wrinkling at the top of the cup and don't fill it - so I don't think the cup size being too small is the issue for the overhang. The cup wrinkling on top is worst on the outer side of the bra - maybe this means the straps need to be closer together for me? The other bra I posted has closer together straps and the overhang by my armpit isn't as bad there. I'm wondering if I need either a taller or shorter wing height?
I'm open to suggestions of other bras to try. My cup size went down 4-5 sizes this past year after a weight loss, and my breasts have become more pendulous as well. I think I need pretty wide wires, as all the bras I have that fit me have wider wires (5.5"-6") than I typically see on here.

helpfulTo start with size: you're right that this is 1-2 cup sizes too big and potentially too loose in the band as well -- with your current measurements, 32 vs 34 is going to come down to how the bra runs and your personal preference.
So if the bra is def too big and you're still getting this, there are a couple things you can try. find the widest cup you can -- typically half cups run pretty wide, and US and UK brands will tend to have the widest wires. Also find the deepest/widest wings (band). Chantelle 2126 in about 32DD is one to try. Curvy Kate and Tutti Rouge are also very wide.
However, you may always have this issue due to your anatomy/weight loss. Sometimes there's not much you can do except learn to love it

I will definitely be on the look-out for wide wired bras! I used to wear primarily Change Lingerie bras, which had really wide wires, but I no longer live in Canada and haven't seen them available in the US. I'll see if I can find the brands you mention locally so I can give them a try! I bought a Curvy Kate here, but the E cups had so much wrinkling on top it was hard to see how it fit otherwise.
Still working on finding my size. This one is obviously too big, but its better than some of the other options I've got. I bought a couple 32DDD Wacoals recently here, and I get a little bit of quadboob, but I think the lined cup is better for my shape. I'm just going to have to figure out which cup sizes of which brands fit me.

I agree with everyone else on the fit of the cup: too big in the cup and/or too loose in the band.
However, the armpit tissue just may be your anatomy in that you have a very prominent Axillary Tail of Spence. I have it, too, and no matter what bra I wear, it's very visible and not always in the cup. I tend to have better luck with wider half-cup bras for full-on-top breasts, like the Masquerade Rhea or the Masquerade Medina Balcony bras.

Thanks SouthernCharmNC for posting that, now I finally know what my "armpit fat" is. Mine bugs me too, and some bras styles seem to make it much more visible!
As for your fit issue Acacia, I noticed mine more after losing ~3 cup sizes over the course of some weight loss. I find that it looks a little better with a shorter wing height and very wide wires- the Masquerade Alice was a good one for me.

helpfulThanks for all the suggestions everyone! I'm still experimenting around, looking for wider wires and open on top. Some padded plunge styles with lower wings seem to help as well.

this is how this bra fit me as well, if i had gone down a cup and band to make the fabric not wrinkle the wires would cut into my breast.
my suggestion i guess, would be to pick bras with more structure like lightly lined bras to hold everything firmer.
as for the armpit tissue thing, i've learned to live with it, but sometimes it does get really annoying, so i have no help there, sorries :)
