Issue resolved
.
Original problem
Okay so I am going to open 3 fit requests in total and here is the first one.
This bra I think fits, but I'm curious how a size up in the cup would do, so a 32DD. Do you think that the bottom of the cup wrinkles would go away?
Or
Do you think I'm getting bottom cup empty because my armpits are pushing the bra down?
I love the gore because it is so narrow, finally!**Note when I measured the bra it never asked me to measure the depth and with for some reason. The Depth is 7.5" and the Width is 5.1".

helpfulMolded cups are anathema!
My experience is that they just don't stretch and move when your body and boobs do, so they really only fit best when your boobs are positioned just so. I do think more open, or lower, cups are more forgiving.
I think the bra doesn't fit, though I'm not sure if it's a cup-size issue or a shape issue, but I'm inclined toward the latter. However, it also seems like the bra is sitting just a tad low, which would definitely alter how the neckline works for you. If the band is sufficiently tight, I'm not sure it would allow your armpits to push the bra down. Again, you could try latching the hooks on different columns, with the top hooks latching on the more loose setting.
However, looking at your measurements and the cup depth, I'd have to say that you need to size up in the cup.
*Note* Edited to change "hemline" to "neckline". Looking at too many dresses online today. *giggle*

helpfulWrinkles at the bottom of the cup are an indication that the wires are too wide and the cups are too shallow. My always recommendation to fix this is to try a Polish bra, but an easier solution would be to try a Cleo bra that is known for its projection. Meg, Lily (and others modeled after these 2), as well as Marcie are known for their allowance of projection. I suggest trying to hunt one down on eBay, as they are readily available at a great price on there.

i've tried Cleo Marcie in a 32D and the band was too tight, the gore was too wide and pressed too hard, and the cup were not wide enough... but i did fill the bottom, but slight quad boob with the top

what brands are Polish bras?
-
If the Marcie's band was too tight that may cause the gore to press painfully, and might distort the cups to cause a little quad. If you can retry it with an extender it may work better for you. The wide gore can be sewn narrower but if the band is already tight that would make it even tighter.
Polish brands: Kris Line, Comexim, ewa bien, ewa michalak, avocado, gorsenia, nessa. I'm sure there are others but those are the ones I know. I love comexim, and once you get your size down in ewa michalak and kris line they are wonderful too. -
Big ones here are Comexim, Ewa Michalak, Avocado, And Kris Line. Those are the most well known ones.

The Polish brands mentioned above are definitely worth a try! My personal fav is Comexim, but you'll likely be able to locate an Ewa Michalak easier than Comexim. Plus, there's much more info on here for EM vs. Comexim.
I concur with Yourlovealive in that it sounds like the issues you mentioned with Marcie are likely due to wearing the wrong size rather than the bra itself. If you're quadding at all, the very least you want to do is size up in the cup. A lot of people experience gaping in Marcie, because it is so open at top, so if you're quadding, def try a cup size up! That will also alleviate pressure on the gore, and will include larger cups that will be wider and collect more of your breast tissue.

Sadly molded cups are the only kind that fit me because i'm so shallow.
i was afraid someone would say that.
i didn't want to go in detail about why i have to wear molded cups but i guess i have to.
EVERY single soft cup bra i get "orange in a glass". Or I have smashed boobs with empty bottom cups.
My breast are just too soft and full on top and mushy for soft cups bras.
They always quad when i stand straight up or gap when i stand comfy.
I'm not too bothered by the "hemline". I think sadly this is the best fitting bra yet, except i am curious about next cup up because then more armpit boob would be contained.
