Bra fitting help » Cups gaping... do I have to give up on Comexim?

Issue resolved
The cups are probably too tall. I'm going to try a half cup and maybe reduced cups if I ever decide I want to try ordering directly from Comexim.
Original problem
I was optimistic about this one because it had nearly identical cup measurements to my one bra that fits me nearly perfectly, but this is clearly not working on me. The cups are gaping near the center; there's open space at the top; the gore not is quite tacking; and the straps tightened almost all the way and angled in so they don’t fall off my shoulders.
I would try a cup size (or two...) down, but the wires are already so close to the edge of my roots that I think going down a size would make them too narrow.
Is this how all Comexim is going to fit me? Are there any different styles that might work, or should I just give up?

helpfulI am no expert but I think that those cups are too tall for you. Maybe you could ask Comexim for reduced cups? I've seen that around here. Maybe that would work.

helpfulDefinitely try reduced cups, and maybe even a lower gore. There would be less cup volume at the gore if it were lower, so I think the gaping would then go away.

helpfulMy guess is that bra is classified as a full-cup or maybe plunge, although I'm not super familiar with Comexim. I think with how high your breasts sit on your chest you'd have better luck with one of their balcony or even half-cup cuts. They definitely offer them, according to their website, but I don't know which models other than their current ones fit into those categories.
