helpfulHi there!
I think this is a shape issue, rather than size. Considering how wide the cups look on the sides and close to your armpit they are, I don't think 28GG would look better.
So now it's up to you, honestly! If you don't spot the minor quadding under clothes, I think it's something you can overlook! I own a 28FF Charlotte who is quadboobing as well, but I've kept it anyway because it's gorgeous hahaha I wear it when my boobs go slightly small Maybe you could keep yours too!

helpfulParfait bras tend to be very shallow in the center, which is where you are noticeably quadboobing. If you are looking for a perfect fit, this isn't it. A larger size won't help because of how close your measurements are - going up a size will give you gaping instead of quadboobing. You would need a bra with a different shape. I would recommend trying a bra with more center projection (unlined Cleo, unlined Freya, or EM or Comexim).
That being said, that is a gorgeous bra. Apart from the quadboobing, it looks great on you. If it is comfortable and you like the way it looks under shirts, I would keep it. Keep it, love it, and look for something a little better fitting on future bra hunts.

You could always try the Cleo Maddie, Freya deco halfcup, or Freya lined halfcups. They will be a similar style to the Parfait Charlotte, but they offer more room at the gore and are not as closed on top. They are not as projected as an unlined bra, but they may be a better fit.

helpfulyou should try a larger band size. perhaps 32. 32E will have the same volume as 28G
