Bra fitting help » How do I solve my quadboob in Comexim?
Comexim » Basic Plunge Bra (170) » 60H 28:8
Issue resolved
I'll try just one cup size up.
Original problem
I chose a 60H based on Wellfitting's calculator.
As far as I can tell, I'm full in the center, average projection. I have never met a wire that was too narrow, which I understand means narrow roots.
Although I think the rest of the bra would probably be okay, the cups are obviously too small. I'm primarily wondering whether I need to go up one cup size or two. Next, am I likely to have issues with the cup height if I size up? (I've read a lot about reduced cups/higher gores on this site). Finally, I've read here that the Basic runs small relative to other Comexims, what size would be likely to work in other models?
My best fitting bras are a 30E Fantasie 4510 with which I've shortened the band and get minor quad, and a 28G Deco Spotlight which cuts under my arms and the cups are a little too high.
Thank you for any advice!

helpfulBreast perimeter 8.3-8.7, cup depth 7.7. I think the basic runs small. Idk, 60HH lists as 8.9. But 60H lists as 8. Not sure if you got a small one? Or just measurement issues. But it looks like HH should be big enough.
The hight looks nowhere near being a problem to me, I cnat imagine 1 cup up woult be too tall.
But I've also not heard that comexim is great for center-fullness, iir? I know I have not wanted ot try a plung like that w my center-full-ish breasts. Even my 70HH - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Beżowa Perła (533) , which seems to fit pretty well, I climb out the center a tiny bit.
I personally love my Panache Floris the most - it has a very high, narrow gore that keeps my breast away from each other! But if you are looking for cleavage, its not your bra.

I've heard the older panache have super-wide wires, but the floris is medium-ish. Wider than my EMs but narrower than most of the curvy kates I tried. its similar to the marcie, except i have trouble with in-cup quadding in the marcie, where the lace is attached to the lower cup

helpfulI was thinking one cup size. Do these cups feel too tall or close to it? If you aren't able to return it and want to sell it I may be interested 😁

The cups are fine, height wise. I'm only worried about this because some brands seem to increase cup height a lot in the larger sizes.
I plan on exchanging this bra, but I did see that someone else has a 60H Basic listed on this site.

helpfulThe cups look too small for you in height as well as depth. I doubt you'd find them too tall in the next size up!

Okay, 60HH then. Thanks for the advice!

The other 60H listed has similar measurements. I'm just sort of concerned about sizing since it takes so long for them to get here!
As far as I know, plunges work alright on me as long as the cups are big enough. In the case of my Deco Spotlight that means 28G, which also means unused cup space and armpit stabs. On the other hand, my 28F Deco Honey is so comfy I sleep in it, even though my quad is so medieval I could never wear it in public.
I thought that non-plunges tend to have wide wires which I'd rather avoid.
I've heard that Panache has super wide wires, is that true with the Floris?
