New and need help out of the bra matrix. Cups wrinkle and gape, need more help with underarm tissue and back roll due to compact petite frame. First bra in new size, I think I'm wide set, wide root, shallow. Need models/ directions of kinds to try. Please Help! This is 28D

helpfulIn general, Freya unpadded plunge bras are more suited to projected breasts, mostly fitting on boobs that are even or full on bottom. So that's a shape mismatch for you.
I think you're right in thinking you're more shallow and wide rooted. The wrinkling seems caused by the cup being deeper than you need.
Would advise to try bras that are more shallow, like a halfcup (demi). Don't know if you're set on unlined bras? Because I know mostly of lightly lined/padded bras for that shape. Freya padded halfcups for example, and padded Cleos or Curvy Kate's.
Good luck!

helpfulI am a similar size/shape range to you.
I wonder if the Freya Starlet Vertical Seam Bra (1061) would work for you. I admit that I'm having trouble with mine right now (maybe because of body changes) but I was really happy with it when I first got it. Be careful, there is also a Starlet Plunge bra that is not the same as the vertical seam one. Vertical seams are our friend.
Also the Cleo Minnie Balconnet Bra (7431) maybe in 30B, 30C, 30D, or thereabouts. The band runs tight and the 30 might work better for you than 28. I personally found this bra more open on top and friendly to my shape than other Cleo bras that supposedly have the "same" cut.
The Lulu Tout Coco Lace Balcony Bra (a-dd) (133514) and other similar models would probably work for you, again I would guess 30B, C, or D.
I can't comment on back rolls, I have plenty of them in certain postures and refuse to worry about it.
Check out my favorites list for more bras that I think would work for me and maybe for you too.
I have tried a Freya unlined plunge bra and it was filled with nothing but disappointment for me, so I wouldn't get discouraged about this one. They are cut ridiculously deep for the size that they are supposed to be.

helpfulAs bubblegum says, unpadded Freyas are probably just not the most suitable for your shape. They -- and sadly many other unpadded bras by different manufacturers -- are generally cut too deep and narrow for the prevailing, somewhat shallower breast shape. With some (albeit few) exceptions, this is particularly true for three part cups like this Freya one. In general, vertically seamed half cups might work better for your shape. For more pointers you can check out Libby 's helpful "bras for wide root shallow breasts" list: http://www.bratabase.com/adventures/entry/2346/
As to what you call "underarm tissue" and "back roll": more likely than not this is just displaced skin that gets "trapped" on the wrong side of the band/cup/strap when you move your arms/shoulders and not breast tissue. It is particularly noticeable on us high set ladies as bra bands typically sit right underneath or even partly across our shoulderblades and bra cups are not scooped out deeply enough between the wire and the strap to accommodate our arms. The armpit area is often helped by loosening the straps somewhat, but ideally a bra cup should be cut lower under the arm and the straps perhaps moved a bit more centrally to prevent the issue completely. The back area as well may benefit from a slightly looser fit. Just so you know, in your size range it actually is not unusual to size up in the band. Smaller and/or shallower breasts simply do not need the same level of band tightness to counterbalance their weight as larger and/or deeper breasts do.

I'm not sure higher sides will work since you are so high-set. You don't want your arms pushing the cups down and out as that will only create more fit problems.
Libby's list is the most extensive on this topic that I know off ... she and many of the contributors to the list are based in Germany, as far as I know, which explains their greater access to Polish brands like Only Her. There are some further recommendations in the comments, but not that many, I'm afraid.
I know how frustrating it is, believe me :( I can only say to just keep trying, focus on half cups, and don't discount 30 bands. Also, keep asking for advice: you can post a bra adventure with a list of all you've tried and links to your fitting help requests. Perhaps some others will chip in :)

helpfulIn addition to what other folks have said about the shape mismatch, which is totally right on; the straps are too tight, and also i think the band is also probably a little too tight. Smaller people tend to have a lower tolerance for tight bands.
I would first try a very classic halfcup bra, the Betsey Johnson stocking stripe demi with 30C as the first size to try. It doesn't come in 28 but I think a 30 will be tight enough.

helpfulHi this Freya bra is not forgiving at all - bought it too and shape is not quite right in the right places, and I found it gaping at the top of the cups. Tried the long-line and it was hopeless - even worse. For me its probably going to be worn once or twice and then sold on Ebay!
Lots of other lovely Freya bras fit far better!

Should I be looming for higher sides? Is there an update to libby list with more or additional model names? Only her looks good in pictures. But right now I am working with amazon prime shipping. I am based in fl. U.S. everything I try on goes back! No where to try on more than a couple ill fitting wacaol locally. I tried KC tease me and carmen, 28D parfait camilla (toowideattop across) 28D another freya, bigger band, and some ongossamer. Fail.
