Seems like this is probably both a cup size too small and probably the wrong sort of shape for me-- I'm trying to look at deeper cups to see if that's a better fit.
Original problem
So I think overall this bra works pretty well for me, but I feel like the gore might be too high, and I'm not totally sure if the cup actually fits or not. I assume the gaping on top is just because I'd moved my arm over, because as you can see in the other angled shot, it seems to have a smooth line when I'm standing normally. But there's wrinkling on the bottom that makes me wonder if this is still not really the right shape. Or possibly this is just a problem because I seem to have very close-set, somewhat FOT breasts and the tissue doesn't really allow for the gore to go higher? The band seems perfect, doesn't move around at all, though it does roll up a little sometimes like some of the pictures show. Thoughts?

This looks (and measures) way too small/shallow in the cup for you (if your measurements are current). Your breast perimeter is recorded as 11.8, versus that cup depth of 9.8.... and it shows in the side view, that really looks like it's squashing you down. The emptiness on the bottom is generally a sign of the cup being too shallow because your breast is pushing back against the cup, forcing it down because there's not enough room ('immediate projection') for it down there. I would recommend not only looking for a larger cup size that has a depth closer to your horizontal perimeter, but also looking for a bra with a shape that's more projected.
