helpfulBased on the bras entered at 34B then look like a decent fit in the cup but too big in the band, and your comfortable UB being 31.5", I really think you would get a better fit in a 32C.
It should be readily available but if you are having trouble finding the size or tired of searching endless racks for it, Amazon is a wonderful solution. Most bras that are fulfilled by Amazon offer free shipping (orders over $25) plus free returns which is such a relief. This allows you to try more brands and varieties than are commonly found in the average retail store.
If you can tell us what you are looking for in bras it could help us offer more specific solutions. What is most important to you? Comfort, support, minimizing, razorback or multiway straps, low gore, front closure, seamless, padded, etc. Anything that is ideal or important to you. Also if there is anything you wish to avoid, that's good to know as well. Examples such as embroidery on the cups, stretch lace/tulle, wild prints, sports bras, etc.

Here's a link for a quick Amazon search specifically for what you are looking for (32C seamless minimizing) :
If you remove some of the filters it will show a few more options as well, but there are a few that look really nice for the purpose. It is difficult to get no bows, but I have found them to be easily removed. :-)
I am sure a few others will add some additional insight as well. Good luck within your search!

The 32C was a much better fit. I ended up buying 1 on the spot and will order a few more tonight.

Glad you found the right fit. And glad I'm not the only guy with gynecomastia on here :)

MamaPagan Thank you for your quick response. Really I'm looking for comfort and minimization, I like the idea of multiway straps, as most of the bras I wear are Sports bras, and that is just what i'm used to. I really don't want seams, or embellishments like lace or bows. I'll try the 32C they have it at Dillards near my house.
