helpfulThis is not the right size for you. You need a smaller band and a larger cup volume. Judging by the amount of spillage and your ribcage measurements, I'd guess you need UK 30E or 30F.
You can figure out your bra size here https://www.abrathatfits.org/calculator.php

You won't know until you try! I was wearing 34D when I found that calculator. It gave me UK 32FF and I found the first well-fitting bra I'd ever owned.

helpfulI have almost identical underbust and horizontal breast perimeter measurements nowadays--I was larger in the photos and reviews you'll see from me on this site--and I am currently comfortable and supported in 30F/32E in most brands. If your band doesn't seem "loose" right now that is because it's being artificially stretched tighter since you can't get your whole bust into the too-small cups!

A 30 size sounds so tiny, but I'd try a 32

The calculator says that my probable size is 30H US or 30FF UK.
I'm not sure if a bra of that size would fit me
