Issue resolved
I can't alter a big band to make it in my size. I keep searching then
Original problem
The band is riding up, but the cups fits ok.
This size is the easiest (even so it's hard to find sometimes) I can find were I live. I'm all fatty and small (5'2" or 159cm height, 134lb or 61kg and size 6/8 dress US), in every bra I always have bulges.

helpfulThe bulges you will just have to live with (I unfortunately have the same issue. No matter the band size it cuts in). What's important is that you are comfortable. I would say this is way too large in the band, and probably too small in the cup. But if you are comfortable with it, then that's all that matters. I think I'd try about 30FF-G (UK size)
Be mindful if you alter the band it might affect how the cup fits on this bra. Because the tighter you pull, the shallower the cups will be, and so less space in the cup=cup too small.

helpfulClassic too big band with too small cup. Welcome to sizing that is not included in your average store ie bigger than a D, DD, DDD, DDDD. Do they make cups that have five D's? I am being flip. It can boggle people's mind to think that they might be a 28J or anything larger than that D cup. It is definitely cheaper and easier to find bras in a multiple D cup, so if you can live with the cup size, taking in the band length can address the band riding up and give more support to your bust. However, you might just find that the cup size no longer works for you given your measurements. Other folk here are better than me on looking at measurements and pictures to advise on cup size.
Of course, going from a 34 band to a 28 band might be too big of a jump. You may want to look at pictures and measurements of people here on this site to get an idea of what bras might be a better fit for you. Good luck in venturing past D and sub-32 band. Your listed bras indicate that you already have. Online shopping...

Perhaps it would be a gap stop while you explore your cup width and depth needs and you get used to tighter, more supportive bands. I found it useful to go slow in trying and buying new bras. There is a learning curve. I am like you in that I used to have 34 band bras when I should have been in 28 bands. B cups were my favourite as 32B's were too narrow and cut into my breast tissue. Does that sound familiar?! Personally, I find that lingerie companies are sizing out the small cups and I am forced to look at cup width appropriate 30 and 32 bands and make alterations all over the place. You will not have that problem but will need to look at a variety of bra styles and brands. They are different in their measurements. Your breasts are unique and will fit some but not others. Trying 2 bras that are out of your norm is not enough to explore the concept of a well-fitting bra. Try more and do not settle!

AutumnWind if you alter the band down the straps will still be set for someone much wider than you, and slide off.
I've tried a couple of 32ddd, but the outer wire cuts my breast tissue. I tried a 30ff and a 28gg but didn't fit. So, is it ok if I stay in this size and altered the band??
