Issue resolved
I decided to keep the bra for now.
Original problem
Hello! This bra has been a favorite of mine. Fits like a glove, comfortable, and stays put. I have lost about 10-15 lbs and as expected it the fit is changing. I’d say 10-15 lbs grants me a few new bras? but where to start...?
I tightened the band to the tightest loops which has helped some. The cups are not as full as they once were but the wires are still comfortable.
I’d like to create cleavage...I always use a strap cincher due to my narrow shoulders, so that changes the fit as well.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
I believe I have average width and projection with slightly high roots, not sure about all of that. I definitely have narrow shoulders.

helpfulAccording to your pictures I don't think the cups are too big for you, definitely. Maybe just a little loose but it can be tolerated. You should just change another model. Balcony or half-cups always have straps that far apart therefore they are not suitable for narrow shoulders.
To create cleavage, you can try models with lower center gore such as a plunge bra, but make sure at first that you have very very close boobs otherwise it might not work. You can also try some push up tools like this(I don't know how it will be called in English) as if you don't have close boobs:

People who work there will be very nice and patient.
