Issue resolved
I didnt fix the issue I just stopped wearing it lol
Original problem
New year, new fit issues! I can fill the cups for the most part now, (updated better pics - I tried removing the older ones but it wasn't letting me, sorry about that) onto the fit issues:
quadboobing, from the front, it's not as apparent but from the sides, all I can say is yikes. When I lift my arm I notice some wrinkling on the side but this is probably because my bra strap is over tightened. I've only worn this bra a few times over the course of four years, all for short periods of time, handwashed in between, and can pretty much fit my fist in between my back and the band on the second row of hooks after getting all of my breast tissue (for the most part) into the cups. Also the wires on the sides feel like they're pinching tissue, the centre gore doesn't tack. So far every 30/32 band has been large on me, unless that's how a band is supposed to fit, at this point I'm genuinely confused as to how it's actually supposed to fit. This is how it fits currently after losing 50lbs, so it went from fitting okay to now it's the bra equivalent of a dumpster fire. My current fit recommendations are 30HH/30J (taken a month ago). Would this be a good starting point for me still, or am I taking my measurements way wrong? 😅

helpfulDo you think the wires are pinching because they are digging into your sides (your muscles and ribs) or because they are resting on top of tissue? That would help us recommend something. If your breast tissue really does extend back to your shoulders you’ll need a specific wire width and we can search on that.
I think this bra is the wrong shape. You look like you have breast tissue that is full and more spread out, so your roots are tall and wide. A cup that is more open on top would probably cut in less and provide more support.

Do you have an idea of wire width you might need? Right now it seems like 7 in + is where you are most comfortable? But would narrower be better? From there we can find some alternatives to this.

helpfulNormally from what I've seen between the gore not tacking and the cups cutting in the cups could be too small? But that goes a lloooonnnggg way under you're arm the straps are pretty wide set. Does you're best tissue extend that far back on your body under your arms? It wouldnt hurt to try the recommended sizes I think because I agree this is all wrong but I dont think I know enough to point you in a better direction.

I'm pretty sure they're pinching breast tissue because when I go to swoop it into the cups, I can feel that there's more tissue trapped under the wires but there's not enough room in the cups for me to scoop them in. I think this might be more of an issue of trying to strap a bowl on over a watermelon (bear with me), so the tissue gets forced underneath my arms that should be in the cups, now that I think about it more. I noticed that the front half of my breasts seem to be pretty large too, they hang off of my frame and appear to be slightly wider than the rest of my actual root? This is why I'm starting to suspect I have an omega shape as well.
