Bra fitting help » Popping out the bottom, unsure of shape
Amazon Essentials » Unknown Model » 34D
Positives about this bra: comfy, supportive, good for exercising, no spilling
Negatives: no wire, breast is pressing against side of band instead of rest directly above, about to pop out of bottom, shoulder/
neck strainQuestion: Because I’m popping out of the bottom, does that mean I’m bottom heavy and need to get bras that address that? Like balconette? Or am I top heavy? What kind of a regular bra will help help my shape look it’s best? Balconette, full coverage, minimizer?

helpfulI think it would help to buy a better bra with the information that you have now - smaller band, bigger cups with more projection. There are inexpensive, gently used bras to buy on bratabase. If you measure yourself up you will have a better idea of what cup depth to look at. Continuing to post the poorly fitting bras that you have now is going to tucker folks out with repeating the same thing. Get brave and get a move on with a new bra!

helpfulYour breasts sliding out the bottom means the band is too big and the cup area is too small. This bra can’t really tell you much about your shape because it is wireless. It uses compression to keep your breasts in place, rather than relying on the band and wires to cantilever your breasts up and out.
Without knowing your measurements I can’t really guess at your size, but you said Curvy Kate put you at a 34FF so you can start there. Cleo Asher Balconnet Bra (9971) runs under $50 and that’s a good shape diagnosis bra. You can try Curvy Kate Lifestyle Plunge Bra (CK5711) if you want a plunge. If you don’t care as much about sexy and want comfort, try Elomi Cate Banded Bra (4030) in 34FF. Asher is built for full on top shapes, Cate for full on bottom shapes, and the plunge you should get in beige and will show any fit or size issues so it’s good at diagnosing things like cup width and height issues. If you can afford to get a few different sizes of the same bra you should- I would try 34FF and 36FF (which is a sister size of 34G) to start as it will tell you if you need a larger cup or band.
You can get any of these bras at any bra shop like herroom, bare necessities, breakout bras (us), brastop or simply be (U.K.), Amazon, lots of other places too.
The bras you are trying right now are basically boob slings. They are comfortable but not really doing much for you. I have a couple, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t feel like I’m at my best unless I’m wearing a well fitting bra. This can take a while so don’t give up!
