Original problem
Today is Solve a Mystery during Social Distancing Day
Feel free to laugh at these pictures. They are hilarious! They may not convey accurately just how worn-out and flimsy the bra is in real life. This is my best-fitting-bra EVER. Since I'm a Mom of 3, you can just imagine how many damn bras I've gone through. If you look closely, you can see this this poor thing is literally falling apart from wear and tear. I've had it over a decade. It is SO comfortable it's like having my favorite pillow, or being outside on a soft, sunny day. I can sleep in this and forget I'm wearing it! Why don't I just buy another Twin Firm, you ask? (This is actually my 4th one over many years). It's $77.00, for one. That's certainly not an unreasonable price for a "perfect" bra, except this bra is so darn ugly. It makes me feel matronly, and it actually scares my husband away. I wear it a LOT because it's so comfortable and it works under just about anything, but I dream of having something more attractive/stylish....and I dream of having a bra with these exact cup measurements, but a shorter band. I have to shorten the band on the Twin Firm a couple of inches when it's brand new, and then I have to keep altering it as it stretches out. This dear, beloved Twin Firm, is on its last alteration, I'm afraid,
So - my mystery to solve among the Experts here: Do any of you know of a bra that's anything like this, with these cup sizes and a shorter band size? I want any and all reqs. I have a few bras that fit me very well, and I am happy with what I have...but this one is just SO comfortable. It fits like a glove, and it has excellent support when I'm bicycling, walking, and I've even worn it doing Yoga!
All help is deeply appreciated.

helpfulI know two bras that are similar, but they only come in 32 band size. In my opinion they fit snug so you might want to try them! Its the Wacoal Basic Beauty Full Figure Seamless Underwire Bra (855192) and the Wacoal Halo Lace Underwire Bra (851205). These are often available in departement stores. I never tried it myself, but the Fantasie Premiere Full Cup Bra (9112) looks somewhat similar. It also comes in 30 band. Fantasie Smoothing Moulded Balcony Bra (4520) and Prima Donna Satin Underwired Bra (0161330) are in the same realm, but the cups are made of non-stretch fabric.

I immediately thought of wacoal, too! I hope one of those options works for OP!

helpfulI definitely think you should give the Wacoal Basic Beauty a try http://bra.pe/MCkA/
This is the regular version, not the full cup and comes in a 30 band! I feel their bands do run on the tight side and the cups slightly large. I usually take a 30/65 band but I currently have this bra in 32DDD and it’s the most comfortable forgiving bra I have. It also comes in a wide verity of colors, so it’s not just a basic nude mommy bra.Updated on March 28, 2020 Flag this

helpfulLooking at your measurments I don't understand how do you squeeze into that bra. Your bra should match in cup depth your horizontal perimeter. Your perimeter is 24.1cm and cup depth is just 20.3 cm... Maybe that bra has stretchy cups, but there is no way bras in the same size with non stretchy cups would fit you well... You are from the USA, right? Maybe you could try Amazon Prime Wardrobe so you can figure out your size and try on bras safely?
One thing: if the wires stay in your IMF you seem to be fuller on top, so don't buy bras that too closed off on top.Updated on March 28, 2020 Flag this

Oh and I just realized the band of your bra is super stretchy (28cm stretch). Average bra stretches to 13-17cm, so with that in mind you might want to try 32 bands first because your comfortable ribcage is 76cm so it's likely that 32 bands would be supportive enough for you.

I typed my measurements wrong, LOL! I just updated them today. No wonder I was getting such strange automated recommendations. I need to redo horizontal perimeter, but I'm pretty sure it should be 21.6 cm. Thank you

helpfulPanache Olivia 30DD/32D might be a good choice. The cups are very stretchy and has a firmer band than other Panache styles. I find it to be very comfortable and attractive.

helpfulIf you want something made out of the same cup fabric but with a lot more pizazz, Fantasie Rebecca Spacer Moulded Bra (2024) in 30DD might work. There also a version with a lace back that’s pretty. Comes in a ton of colors you might be able to pick up for a steal!

helpfulI used to have prima Donna bras in a similar looking fabric, and it was my favorite, super comfortable. Maybe worthwhile browsing that brand?

helpfulI've read that Rosa Faia » Aurelia Underwire (5672) (Rosa Faia is an Anita brand) is the 'lace version of the Anita Twin. Here's a link to the blog article I read. http://comfycurvy.blogspot.com/search/label/Anita
