I seem to have spillage out of the side and back. Also any recommendations for my size and shape? Thank you!

helpfulBecause of the angle of the pictures, its hard to tell if that 'spillage' is breast tissue or just loose skin from other areas. You might want to get a picture with your arm raised a bit more so we can see what's going on better?
OTOH you list your perimeter as 12 inches and the cup depth as 10, which should mean its too small - you are 10 inches around one breast, right? also it helps to have all 3 breast perimeters - for me the laying one comes closest to matching my bra depths.
Love that color!

Ljgunn did you add in your missing breast perimeters (vertical and laying)?

helpfulThat's skin, not breast tissue.

I agree. I get that too. My BMI is 23% with a tendency to gain in my torso and back. It's a body type issue. Only full back coverage bras hide that. But those are not pretty or fun.
I cope by buying loose fitting tops.

helpfulThose look like some very tight straps. Are they digging in? Do you need them that tight to minimize cup wrinkles or gaps? A tight strap can emphasize your tail of Spence (breast tissue typically outside of the cup at the top of your armpit). If you may want to try slightly different unlined styles from Panache/fantasie/Freya, that do not required such a tight strap to make the fit look/feel right.

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes I think it is the tail of Spence and was looking at this the other day because with summer here I am self conscious wearing tank tops and having that skin area hanging out. I’ve tried the panache envy and didn’t love it to be honest. Are there any specific styles you would recommend? Thank you!

Skin is normal :) many of us of prominent tail of Spence's, but I can understand not wanting to highlight it.
I've got some ideas in minde, but what I would recommend would depend on what happens when you significantly loosen the straps.
If you loosen them all the way, what happens? I'm looking for:
Wrinkles? Where? Side, top, gore, nip, bottom?
Gapping? Where? Top? Near gore?
Does the band stay in place or slide down?
Is your tail of Spence less obvious with a looser strap? -
Hi, sorry for the delay ritzyrunnergurl. I loosened the straps all the way and strangely there isn’t much of a change. No wrinkling and the band stays in place. The tail of Spence actually seems more obvious with looser straps on.

Hi everyone, I wanted to see if you have any recommendations for bras that cause less tissue at the sides? Going on vacation and I’ve been rotating my 3 bras... time to buy a few more. I’m confused on my width and height..
-
Is the band very tight or is it comfortable? A slightly looser band might pull your skin less, but you don't want to go too loose, as that creates its own issues.
Do you feel like you have projected breasts, or somewhat self-supporting? And where is the majority of your breast tissue (above/below nipple, outside/center)?
-
Hi ritzyrunnergurl thabk you so much for getting back to me. The band is snug but not uncomfortable. I did try multiple bras in a34 band and they were too big.
I’m definitely projected and thing I fall somewhere between even and full on bottom. My breast tissue does start higher on my torso (i think) and when I lean at 90 degrees my nipples point slightly outward which would make me center full. I took some pictures but don’t want to attach them in case it’s not appropriate for the website guideline. -
Just a note if this helps, I just tried on the freya Sundance sweetheart bikini top and it was gaping at the top and my breast didn’t fill it out in 32g. Maybe if I went down a cup size?

Panache styles tend to be very "full coverage" so you may need to size down in other brands and styles. I'd recommend trying some unlined Freya (preferably the ignite or a similar cut) in a 32FF or 32G, and a Cleo (maybe Hettie) in a 32FF or 32G. Cleo bras tend to run a little shorter than Panache as they are the "youthful" line. I'd also recommend trying a halfcup style, in any brand, just to see. While they tend to be recommended for those full on top, it may still work for your wants, as a shorter cup, or one more open on top, might reduce the appearance of side tissue.

Thank you!! Looks like the ignite is discontinued but I’ll try and find similar styles

https://www.bratabase.com/browse/freya/cuts/
Some cuts are FOB only, some are more center-full friendly. I'm not 100% familiar with all of the cuts, just the ones I've personally tried. So if one style doesn't work for you, others may. There is a surprising amount of variation despite the cuts looking similar (unlined, three part, etc).

Perhaps recheck measurements as your stretched band looks too short for yo. , I agree that better pictures would help get an idea of what is going on. Also, loosening the straps and doing a good swoop to collect tissue from all over will help to see if the cups are too small. Give it another go and we will see what is up with this lovely bra!
