Ivory Rose Lingerie » Fuller Bust Strapless Multi-way (9918550) » 32F 32:7
I just seem to spill out of the cup and if I bend over I have to readjust.

helpfulIm not an expert but here’s what I see:
It looks like it is sitting low on you, is the wire resting on your imf or is it lower? And did you swoop and scoop? That might change how it fits, and how your boobs escape out the sides.
The band only stretches to 30.3 but it says your rib cage is an inch larger than that. An extender may help with the low band issue bc then it will actually fit ur underbust and also the cup projection issue because then they aren’t getting distorted. However you might want to check your measurements again because your loose rib cage is less than your comfortable and tight rib cage.
The cups are molded, which is the most unforgiving material with a shape mismatch. The shape is too tall and doesn’t provide enough projection which is why you have the gapping at the top. It also looks like it may be too narrow although I can’t tell for sure due to the angle. On the side is the underwire on the rib cage or the breast tissue? The cups are also way too far apart right now due to the wide and high gore which causes the spillover in the center.
Overall I’d say it’s just not a good fit. I don’t have specific recs because I basically have the opposite of your shape but I’m sure someone else will have something.Updated on December 17, 2020 Flag this

helpfulYay for you; looking for bras that work!
Don't get discouraged by this one bra, I'm confident you will find better ones!At first sight, it seems like your breasts are quite projected, while this bra's cups are not really deep enough? So while 32F could be a good size for you work from, this particular bra is not a great match.
(I've tried a couple Ivory Rose bras through ASOS myself and I must say they are not my favorite in quality / shape and fit.)
It's hard to adequately see in a molded bra, like Nillmon says - but looks to me you might have a narrow; projected breast shape; not very 'tall' I think, but with some upper fullness and more leaning towards short roots.
So you may want to look for >deeper< bras; meaning a cup depth that is similar to your breast perimeter measurement, while the cup should not be too wide for you (a wider cup is also more 'shallow'). You can actually search by measurements on Bratabase, to find bra styles with a depth / width that better suits you.
You're looking for the depth of a coffee mug, not a cereal bowl - if that makes sense (:
There's definitely affordable bras that suit your needs; have you tried Brastop? They have many options in brands like Freya, Curvy Kate, Cleo, Panache.... Also a pretty easy returns policy, so you can order a bunch, try them on and see what works for you!
Here's their selection in 32F: https://www.brastop.com/collections/32f-lingerie-bras?sortOption=lth
Don't mean to overwhelm you with info, but basically every bra has a different 'shape' - so not all 32F's are created equal. Which is good, because some 32F folks have wide & shallow breasts while others are more projected (like you), or anything in between.
Some (mostly unlined) well known 'staple' bra models that should be easy to find and would probably offer more projection: Marcie by Cleo (https://www.bratabase.com/browse/cleo/marcie-balconnet-bra-6831/32F/), Jasmine or Envy by Panache, Ellace by Curvy Kate or Starlight and Hero by Freya.
Lingerieoutletstore is another discounter that sells pretty affordable bras through eBay.
At first it will be a process of 'trial and error' but trust me, once you find a bra that fits, it gets easier to find another bra with comparable measurements!
Best of luck on your bra journey (:

helpfulI do agree with the previous commenter. The bra appears to be too low on the torso so the wires aren't in your IMF (when putting on a bra I find it is useful to push the wires up and under the breast, closing the band, scooping and swooping all tissue into the cup and then again making sure that the wire is directly under the breast). I do also feel that the wire is too narrow for you. I think you may be happier with a non padded bra until you can find some thing that fits well and is comfortable. I think at your size you may have issues with padded bra cups being too tall for you. Have you tried anything from Panache, Freya or Fantasize?

You know, I used to worry about the same thing. Until I started trying on a ton of unpadded bras with nicely fitting shirts (and thin shirts) and really found that my nipples - even with how easily the become erect- they almost NEVER show. The seams usually end up sitting right on top of the nipple keeping it inconspicuous. Though I will go look around for some options i think could work for you. There is the Panache Elan (gotta get the unpadded one) or the Gossard Glossies you may like though probably won't be a fantastic fit but an OK fit that you could be comfortable in. I'll add another comment with the ones I find. You will definitely need a 32 in panache and Cleo, if not a 34 given their very firm bands and the fact that you may between a 30 and 32 band. Many people love panache and Cleo for their slightly small bands, many women whom need 28s can get away with the it 30 bands.

W2Gossard Glossies can be found cheap on brastop.com and Amazon, though I recommend using brastop over Amazon. Go with the size 30G in this bra. There are other cheap places you can find using Google. You can also try putting the measurements you need in the bra listing search here on BTB (cup depth 10-10.5, cup width 5.5-6, stretched band length 31.5-32). Then you can read their reviews and look at their photos and compare to yours. If you go with the Panache Elan, def.go with the 32FF or 32 G. I also found this bra from Fantasie that could work for what you are looking for here. Its the Smoothing underwired balcony bra *4520*. It gets easily mixed up with one of their other t-shirt bras so do make sure it has the number 4520 attached. It is unpadded, but a great t-shirt bra and is surprisingly narrow for Fantasie and also stretchy so it could do a good job at fitting your more projected breast (t-shirt and molded bras are almost always built for shallow and wide breasts, which you are the opposite of lol). I'd recommend the 30Ff/G as the band is known to stretch out fast. So it'll be pretty firm the first few wears.

I haven’t tried anything from any of these brands mentioned! Any recommendations on styles that aren’t super expensive would be great! I want ones that ideally I can wear under fitted clothing so provide enough coverage so I don’t feel conscious of nipples on show etc😂
