Issue resolved
I threw the bra away
Original problem
Im getting very minor quadding in this bra while also getting murdered by the wires on the sides of my breasts, when I say murdered I mean I've never had wires get that painful other than when VS tried to shove my 30HH tits at the time into a 32DDD. I also had to move the straps in because they were ridiculously far apart. Despite this, this is still the best shape and fit that I've had in a bra so far. Ive had this off for 10 minutes now and I can still feel where the wires were so will most definitely have bruising tomorrow.

helpfulYou need cups with at least 6.5 wide wires. This being said it may make the cup more shallow in which you will need to go up a cup to 30KK or if it happens to be more projected you can keep the 30K cup. This 30 band stretches to 31 which is comfortable for you, but if the band runs tight in a new bra the sister size is 32HH or 32K. The slight quadding is about half a cup so in the future when you experience this you would need to decide if you mind bras being a smidgen small or big. If it's because the wires are really wide sometimes manually bending them in a bit will help correct this.

Mayofoxx666 quick question, are you saying that this bra wire is sitting on your actual boob tissue or is it sitting on your root tissue?

MissAponii its sitting on root tissue

Mayofoxx666 ok i just wanted to make sure, otherwise it would have been a different issue. But for the wider than roots shape i think they call it omega or pear shaped and it comes with their own sets off fit difficulties. I don't know much on them but I can see if I find anything

helpfulSounds like you have answered your questions in the written part, can't see it in the pictures though. When stiff wires are sitting on bra tissue it is going to be sore. Wider cups! Good luck in shopping

I actually dont mind that it's just a bit small, it's just the fact that the wires are extremely painful. They dont come up ridiculously high in my arm pits but when I'm actually adjusted I can feel them basically trying to butcher my breast tissue lol. The half cup quadding does make sense because I'm currently in between sizes - my estimate is 30J/JJ.
Unfortunately this got discontinued otherwise I'd love to try it on the next size up because I havent gotten this shape out of any bra that I've tried so far. I was hoping that this would be a good diagnostic bra for someone who's a bit more knowledgable on how different shapes look when supported, because most of the ones I have listed are just guesses based on how I look unsupported - I know I'm close set, center full, and seem to have boobs that are wider than my actual roots.
