Issue resolved
Determined to be a shape mismatch, next steps are to do a fit check with the Cleo Marcie/look for bras that work well for FoB.
Original problem
My main issues with this bra is that the cups wrinkle a lot, and it digs a little into my armpit. The gore is a little high for me but that's more of a Cleo brand thing I think. I recently remeasured myself and got 30DD instead, do you think that size would cause less wrinkles? But I was thinking it could be the wrong shape, because this does fit my roots and I'm afraid going down a size would cause it to sit on my tissue there. I've just been struggling to find a bra that fits on the top of my breasts, there always seems to be wrinkling! Any suggestions would be very welcome

helpfulI think you're correct in thinking this is a shape mismatch. I think this bra expects a lot more upper fullness from you, and it's wrinkling in the top because there's not as much breast tissue as it's designed for.
The band isn't visibly too big for you and if it feels comfortable and stays in place when you wear it, I wouldn't recommend going down a band size. Panache bands are known to be tight or generally True To Size so if a 32 is comfortable and stays in place, a 30 band would be pushing it too small.
Is the cup or the wires poking your armpit, or is it the cup edge? Just curious since it's not super clear from the photos, and they can have different reasons and solutions
Without seeing your breast measurements it's hard to tell how projected you are, but if you have average to low projection I'd recommend checking out the subreddit's guide for Full on bottom or Shallow/Average projection - https://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/beginners_guide#wiki_projected_vs_shallow
I don't' really have any specific bras to recommend since I have little experience with those kinds of shapesA bra that a lot of people recommend for diagnosing fit issues is the Cleo Marcie, but since that's been discontinued you could try the Cleo Asher since it's meant to be the replacement.

Thanks for your response! The part that is poking is kind of at the top of the cup where the cup meets the strap. I found that after loosening the straps a bit more though, this is less of an issue. I actually do have the Marcie, but I haven't done a fit check post for it yet. Thank you for your advice, I should probably get around to posting about the Marcie. :)
