Issue resolved
Altered the band
Original problem
This bra is generally very comfortable. Band is slightly loose. And major wrinkling in at the smaller boob. Straps are too long. Are the cups way too big? Are the band and straps worth altering? Or should i just get a smaller cup?

helpfulI don’t think that it’s going to be any better in a smaller cup size. It’s looking like the big boob is fitting fine and it’s possible that it would quad of you sized down. Ideally, you need a smaller band size, but I don’t think that you can size down in the cup.

helpfulLooks like a press molded cup. Nothing says that the material deformation will be identical on the left/right cups. They come from 2 different molds. Envision one of the molds being at a different temperature, slightly out of alignement or the blank fabric patch out of center before the process even starts.
Quality issues are common in mass production. They might look close to or identical without applied stress.
Workloads reveal eventual parameter/process mismatch.
Then, molds are spherically topped pistons. Here a major rant on the topic:
https://femineaaeterna.blogspot.com/2019/02/do-you-hate-your-bra-heres-why.htmlObviously only similar shapes would "fill them" with enough pressure. Most of time I see similar shallow gore J underwires worn by professional catalog models at the limit of quad boobing and visibly below the fold.
Just too many parameters to get right me thinks. A deeper gore able to provide more uniform anchoring to the cups should be way easier to keep whatever scooped-in. Ok, without a fight, it's not anymore a plunge though.
That model or range, since most brands come from the same roduction lines, kills you. Better opt for something else. Plunge & projection seem to be mutualy exclusive in today's bra press formed world...

helpfulCalluna MamaPagan femineaaeterna thank you all for your help. I have altered the band, and the wrinkling is very much reduced. Thanks for the braducation. Hahahha

I agree with Calluna on both accounts. Sizing down would not be better for your larger side, and you need a smaller band based on your measurements.
To accommodate asymmetry, try looking for bras with stretch lace on top, and go with a 28 band. So 28:6 in Ewa Michalak SF style (60E) would be a good start or Curvy Kate Ellace(28E).
