Original problem
Ok, so I find out 30 bands are tight for me and 32 are slightly loose and I have to close them in the tightest hooks - I can live with that.
BUT the center of my boobs always are spilling or have problems with gores.
Is a shape problem? Or a size problem?
(Or am I the problem? )

helpfulIt may be a shape problem, it may be a bra type problem; it's a bit difficult to judge from your pictures.
You may have centre full or close set breasts, which means a lot of tissue in the centre. The bra you wear in this picture is a plunge model, which tend to be quite low cut, with a narrow gore. While a low gore may be nice for close set breasts (a narrow and low gore means may fit better into the little space you have between your breasts) , a plunge cut may increase the chance of spilling out in the centre, as it doesn't cover the centre portion of you breasts much.
The first picture also makes it look like the bra may be too closed on top for you; the top of the cup curves into you body, but your breast root goes up higher than that, causing the cup to cut into you boob, especially in the middle. Finding a more open on top cut may work for you.
Another issue may be that this particular bra has moulded cups, which tend to be a very unforgiving shape. Cut and sewn padded bras, or unlined bras may be a better option.
Do you usually wear bras that are a similar style and model to this one? In that case, you may want to check out some other styles, to see if that fixes your issues.

I'm no expert on plunge bras, but I think a cut and sewn padded version would suit you better. The Polish brands that I know that do them are Comexim (the plunge model) and Ewa Michalak (the PL model), and they offer more projection than most molded plunge bras. If you have the opportunity to try those, I'd say they might work for you.

helpfulTo me this model does not offer enugh projection and breast tissue has to go somewhere. Molded bras are illusionists so I have hard time to figure out how the wires click on the IMF. They look a bit too low which could explain the "splashing" effect.
If possible, it might be worth trying a more projected model with substantial wing momentum to keep all in place and let the gore do it's job ?

Yes, I use similar bras because is the lower gores I find.
If you wanna recommend me one bra that could fit me (please gores no more tha 5cm), I'd be grateful
