Issue resolved
Need a smaller cup size and longer band
Original problem
So I am in love with the color, which isnt on the Comexim site anymore The band is more snug than my 75HH plunge, especially with smaller cups I may need an 80?? There is much less gapping on the one, maybe go down a cup size? 80H? But I'm unsure why the gore is floating soooo much when it seems too big! I requested reduced cup height and straps moved in 2 cm, but nothing to compare it to so no idea if it was done

helpfulComexim gores always float like that. Mine still do even when they’re clearly several sizes too big. It’s because their wires are so soft - they can’t physically hard tack. If the cup is close enough but still gaping a little, it can help to gently bend the gore towards your body so the tack is a little stronger. But I’d agree that 80H would be best to try next.
Comexim is notoriously inconsistent when it comes to alterations. I do not believe they offer reduced cup height on half cups, but it’s frustrating that they don’t just tell people this when it’s asked for. :/

The stretched band measurement is almost the same as your "comfortable ribcage" measurements. How tight does it feel? Could you get away with an extender for a short time until the band breaks in, or is it distorting the cups (it doesn't look like it, but it's hard to tell from the 1 picture). If it's painful or hard to breath then definitely size up.
Like it was said above, the gores almost always float with Comexim. I do a regular scoop and swoop and then do a reverse scoop and swoop to get my tissue out from the gore area. I also order overlapping gores to make sure my breast tissue isn't trapped there. -
I think I could do either an extender or go up to an 80 but not be in the loosest hook. It doesnt seem to be distorting the wires. I adore this color and they dont make it anymore, so I may try and take the cups in if I'm feeling brave! If I order more I may do overlapping gores though

confused could you take it to a seamstress and pay a few dollars to get it altered? It might be worth the money to have it professionally done since you love the aesthetics so much.

Wilderness1 I'm not sure we have one. I was searching online and none of the alterations places mentioned bras. Theres a lot of things we dont have locally....

confused You could always try phoning one and seeing if it's something they've ever done?

Yeah, I just have to wait for the holiday to be over!
I’d try 80H with reduced cups or 75HH with the 4 hook tape instead of 3 if it’s ok with a row from the extender. But it’s hard to know which ones are firmer and stretch less and which ones are stretchy.
