Bra fitting help » Slipping band and some gaps in the cups - Advice?
Elomi » Morgan Banded Bra (4110) » 40H 40:11
I have trouble with this bra slipping down slightly and digging into my chest in an uncomfortable way. If I tighten the straps more, it's uncomfortable.
I also find the seam (where the lace bit meet the side panel) creates a noticeable "dent" where it's pressing on my breast. There is a slight "strap gap" and a bit of a wrinkle/space with extra room on the sides, under my arms.
I'm wearing the bra on the second hook because this helps it from slipping down a bit. I'm a 38 band now, technically, but when I bought this bra, I was between a 38 and 40.
I'm looking for any advice on how to either make this bra fit better (I'm already swooping & scooping) or any other bras you'd suggest I try.

helpfulThe superfluous fabric and ease with which the seam "dents" the breast all point to a too-large cup. A well fitted cup will have a bit more tension on it since it is more firmly "filled" with boob if that makes sense. The band is also too large which is a fit dealbreaker when people have even moderately heavy, projected or full breasts. It looks like you've had to tighten the straps like crazy to get any uplift! If you loosen the straps till they are just snug enough to not fall off, how empty/slouchy does the cup look? If super empty with extra fabric flapping in wind I would go down to 38GG. If only a bit more empty, go for 38H.

I don't know as it's especially shallow in relation to her shape--I think that section of the cup just looks flat/pulled taut because she's had to tighten the straps a lot and the entire bra is suspended from the straps! In a firmer band and smaller cup she will get a better idea of how the shape fits her.

Hello. I was summoned. This is how this bra fit me when I tried a couple cups too large. It’s actually pretty ok for center full folks. I would try a 38H and a 38GG and see if that helps.

I third wendybien and cupandahalf ! These photos remind me of cup sizes I tried that were too big and didn't support me well enough.
