Tried VS brand 36DD balconette, works.
Original problem
Underwire digs in under arms, band feels tight, straps dig in shoulders.

helpfulIt looks like the band is already broken because of too hard pulling. Despite of it I don't think the wires are too long for you, but with the too tight band, the side panel can also cause pain. So my suggestion is trying the sister size 36DDD. And remember don't pull the band too hard if you want to type in new measurements, it can damage the bra.

That's really a serious quality problem, hope 36DDD can work better on you. If the 36 band is too loose, maybe you can order the 34G again and add an extender.
smjwzhan After inspecting the torn area, it appears that it is a manufacturer flaw and wasn’t sewn together well to begin will. I will definitely be getting a 36DDD to try in a different brand and style.
