Original problem
Although I can insert my fingers in band, I feel the band is slightly tight. And this bra makes quad boob in my right boob. Is it right band size for me? and how can I solve this quad boob problem?

helpfulI think the cup depth is too small compared to your breast perimeter. Definitely going up one cup size would help. You might experience slight gaping on the other side as the cups are moulded, but it is always better to have a bit of gaping than a bra pressing into the breast tissue. Definitely the band is the right size for you. In fact, you might be able to wear even a 28/65 band. Since the cups are too small, it feels like the band is too tight for you and that's why you are seeing these fit issues. Try 70 band and next cup size, or 65 band and two cup sizes up.

Thanks for your suggestion. Actually, according to the perimeter measurement, the F70 size should be large for me, but I had a quad boob, so I was wondering if I could put the cup up. I'll try the G70 and H65. Thank you.
