Bra fitting help » I'm getting so close. is it still the cup making it tight?

Issue resolved
Cup seems to be the correct size
Original problem
I'm not sure why it still feels a little tight. Otherwise this is the best fitting bra with regards to the cups. There's no gaping and they hold in everything.
I know 34 is a good band size in general for me, but should I go up a size with this particular bra? Or is it just the cup?
I'm getting sooo close to a fitting bra. Should I order a different size for this one or try something similar? in some positions the side wire pokes and the fabric is kind of rough to me
I'm also not sure if I'm full on top, full on bottom, high roots, etc. I've tried looking at diagrams and it's confusing to me.

helpfulAgain looking at the measurements, they show that the band is not long enough for your torso (30-32 inches striving to span a 34 inch torso) though it should get a little longer to a 32 band with the stretched measurement but no doubt still not long enough. Try an extender and see if you get as much underarm poking. If it is more comfortable, you can always tack the top lace at the gore with a few stitches which would bring the shoulder straps in a bit. Of course going up in the band size would help though you never know how the cup width will be. Perhaps there are measurements here you could check.
Measuring bras is tricky and it does not hurt to review how to measure and try it again. As pointed out, the cups appear too small looking at numbers but not so in your photos!

helpfulJust looking at the measurements, I’d say those cups are too small. You’re a 13.5 horizontal breast perimeter and the cup depth is 8. If the bra feels tight, you might try something around 10 in depth and see how you feel in that. It might help if you find your lying horizontal breast perimeter and try cups that have close to that depth. I don’t think the band is especially tight or short for a 34 from the measurements, but you could try it with an extender and see if that helps until the band stretches a bit. Have you tried the upside down and backward trick to check the band? I would say if the wire pokes in a position that you are likely to assume a few times a day or for any real length of time that you may want to look for something with a shorter wire or narrower cups, to get that wire out of your armpit. Almost everything pokes me under the arm and I hate it. You might be taller than I am and have a little more space to work with vertically between the band and your armpit, but for me, anything over about 12.5” in wire length is likely to poke.

Idk why I didn't have the other measurements but my vertical perimeter is 11 and my laying is 10.5 in. Thank you this makes sense!

Okay I just realized I measured the cup wrong after comparing it to other people's measurements. The cup depth is about 11.

Ok! That explains why it didn’t look too small in the pix. If it feels too tight try an extender with the band and see if that helps. You could still need a slightly larger cup. IDK. We’ve reached the end of my knowledge ( which is NOT extensive). Good luck!

Comparing my measurements to the ones for this bra in bratabase here https://www.bratabase.com/browse/panache/envy-balconnet-bra-7285/measurements/
I think I measured some parts wrong. I remembered the cup depth and got about 11.5.
My problem is the band size seems so much smaller than the "fits ribcage" part of the chart I linked
