Issue resolved
I think I'm going to have to try out this bra in person, and I'm kind of in between the 30 and 32 band r.n. (due to weight gain) Thanks for your advices!!! = ) I will report back if I can find the correct size in store.
Original problem
Not supportive enough in the cup area...Does anyone have experience with Shock Absorber Ultimate Run bras? If so, what is your UK bra size, and your size in this bra? I feel like I would need 34D or even 34C. Thanks, sherrach898 for your feedback...does anyone else know, too?
edit: I used my measurements from 4 days before I tried this bra on, and took the above pictures.edit: or maybe I should even aim for 36C, the band was *tight*

helpfulI don't have the SA run bra (I have active multi sports), but from my experience with other shock absorbers is to size up in the cup and band. I normally wear a 28FF to 30F, and I wear a 30FF-30G (or 32F when my ribs are tender or I don't need it as tight).

helpfulWorking at Bravissimo, I've fitted customers in a shock absorber, even those around a J cup with impressive results. Generally it comes up tight in the band, so it's advised go up one band size which means we of course go down one cup size to keep the chest area the same. So if you usually wear a 32F in your normal bra wear a 34E instead for this bra. Some customers find the chest area too loose in spite of this, so in this case you can try a 34DD, but you may have less coverage. Don't forget to tighten the straps, as this helps to bring in the chest. You didn't say if 32F is your general bra size so I made an assumption.
To summarize, take your everyday bra size, go up in the band one size, down in the cup one size to get the sister size and tighten the straps. If the chest is too loose then just go down one cup size.
