Accept the wrinkling!
Original problem
There is some wrinkling at the top, about 2 cm below the top edge. The band feels okay, just a bit tight, but it looks so tight from the back. The underwires at the gore come up quite high and aren’t very comfortable.

I would try some other brands in the same size.
Is this your first UK bra in 30E?

It is supposed to look like that from the back when the band is perfectly snug. Of course, as long as it's not uncomfortable but with the right band, you will get some squishing.
For the gore, I think there is some extra space in the underwire channels on the side. So, you could push the underwires from the center to reach the end of the channels on the side and put some stitches to keep it from moving back. This is of you want to keep the bra and you're mostly comfy in it. Which seems like it is the case.
The wrinkling, ah this infamous wrinkling. I've never seen proper answers on it but I have this often too and I'd say it comes from having outer full or splayed breasts. The nipple area and the outside have the tissue to fill it up smoothly but the inner area doesn't have much tissue so, with the nipple area adding tension, the inner area would need to be filled to more or less the height that the cup expects to make it appear smooth. The cup depth seems exact and it generally looks like it fits well so, I don't think there's a need to change sizes, you can try different styles if the minor problems with this bra affect you.
Good luck!Edit- maybe plunges will fit the splayed/outer full shape better. You usually need upper and center fullness with balconnets, I find.
