Issue resolved
I went one cup size down and confirmed that there is improvement. Moving in the right direction!
Original problem
Hello everyone, great to be here!
I love this bra! I tried it in a Bratabase recommended size, but not style (recommendation was Elomi Bijou and Sachi).
I think it is too big in the cup, as there are empty spaces in the bottom, side (bottom portion) and at the top. Or, rather than size, is it a matter of fit as my breasts are pandulous?I also find the wires too high and uncomfortable on the side, and the bottom of the wires and inch below where is should sit. This is often a problem for me because my roots are short and wide, and I think by breasts sit higher on my chest.
I would like to try a smaller size, but I am not sure if it should be 34H or 32GG.Thank you and I am looking forward to your suggestions!

helpfulThe band looks perfect. It doesn't sound like you need to go down a band. Then go for the 34H.

The cup depth seems to be a couple of cm smaller on the 34H so it might be enough to get rid of that extra cup fabric.
Expect half an inch less height on the side of the cup, which may also help.

helpfulHi and welcome!!
To me it looks like a combination issue: yes you probably need 1 size down overall, but it also looks like this style may not have enough projection for you?
Because of the wires sitting under your breast tissue: also known as 'orange in a glass' - that often means a bra is not deep enough for your breasts. So possibly, if you did order a size smaller, the issue of the wires sliding down / empty space in the bottom could get worse..
But it usually takes some trial and error to figure out what works best for you, and what your ideal bra dimensions are. The 'search by measurements' function on Bratabase lets you look for bras with a specific cup depth / height / width et cetera!
Hope that helps a bit, good luck!

helpfulI have very similar measurements to you and the 32GG works well for me. The gore kinda poked the first couple wears, but it doesn’t anymore and the band has already started to soften.

helpfulI'm pendulous and this bra is my unicorn! It's definitely too big on you, though—possibly by 2 or 3 sizes. That can happen pretty frequently with pendulous breasts because the softer tissue compresses down much snugger than expected. I'm about 3-4 sizes smaller than the calculator thinks I should be.
