Original problem
Band is too tight. Wire dig my gore and wrinkles on the bottom. A little quad boob on the left side. Is this bra shallow for me? I know I should go one more size on the band and cup size go up or down?

The band could be tight because the cup is too small. Did you try the bra on upside down and backwards to see how does the band fit? If the band is comfortable then you know the cup is the problem and not the band size. Did you swoop and scoop after you put on the bra?

Sorry, you can't try it? Here is a picture of what I mean: https://imgur.com/VQrjsDA. If the band is still too tight then yes go up a band size. I think you should go up a cup size because its spilling, but it could be a shape mismatch. I think Ewa Michalak bras would suit you!

I would try it with a bra extender, or go up in the band to a 30HH-J uk. You can try both sizes to see which one fits you the best.

It looks like you boobs are center full. Have you tried side support bras like the panache envy or jasmine?

Yes, my boobs are center full. I haven’t tried panache envy or jasmine but I’m afraid that these bras are wide for me.

I cannot try the bra up side down and backwards because band is too tight. So I should go band one size up.i did swoop and scoop. No projection at all and it looks wired. Wrinkled at the bottom and wire dig gore. It just give me weird look. Is the cup big or small? Is it too sallow for me?
