Very big gap at the top and wrinkled at the bottom. Please tell me why I have those issues. Is this cup too big or too tall? What size should I wear and what alternations do I need?

helpfulIf that stretched band measurement is accurate, that band is way too small! It's a 30 band that measures as a 24 or a 26. That has to be either a manufacturing error or a mislabel.
The wrinkling at the bottom of the cups is happening because the tight band is distorting the wires, pulling the cups flat. Which means the cups are also too big because they're gaping even with the lost volume from the flat bottom cups.
It looks like this model typically runs true to size in the band. I'd stick with the 65 band but go down a cup or two before trying any alterations.

Bratabase doesn't always precise if the gore height, cup height, straps have been altered. I've just had a bad experience with a basic longline 3HC, I usually order the 3HCs too small so I went up a cup size but I also usually request a lowered center gore, which I didn't ask this time. The cup seems 2 times too big when the sister size 2 cups below is too small because of the alterations
Sorry, I measured again and stretched band size is 73cm. I’m wondering if this bra is mislabeled because this cup depth is 26cm. Bratabase shows 65M size cup depth is 27.5cm and 65L cup depth is 28cm. I’m very confused…
