Resolved problem by shortening the strap
Original problem
I got this bra from Bob size is 30J Uk. A little quad boob and wrinkles on the left side. Gaping in the left side. I’m not sure if gore sit on the sternum or not. I’m a bit disappointed with this bra because no immediate projection. Should I go one size up or keep the same size?

From your information this bra appears to be too shallow overall for your perimeter, and doesn't look like you have enough room in the middle of the cup where you need more projection, from your images. There is about 2" difference which indicates needing to go at least 2 or 3 sizes up for this style, which is more likely to give you a too tall cup that's still not deep enough for your shape.
I have the sister size down from this in the same cut, and find the 3HC to fit small overall. Try to pinch the strap and hold it about 2 cm inward from it's current placement, and see if that doesn't change the strap gapping. I have bonkers HUGE shoulders, never get strap gap, and found that the straps are easily set 3 cm too wide on this size so they are basically in my armpit and cause some weirdness if not brought in a little bit.
Another option is to look through the reviews and adventures posted for this style to see how others fared with customizations. Bringing in the straps even up to 3 cm and increased cup depth are very popular alterations others have asked for.

Thanks for your recommendations. Actually my right boob is almost one cup smaller than left boob. I tried to shorten the right side strap and less gapping.
