helpfulNote that if you go up one band, you may be after a 30H.
In which case, it may depend on the level of activity you are planning to do. Is this for lounging around or will you be practicing trampolining?
In any case, it looks like at least one cup down in the same brand may suit you, a 30GG https://www.bratabase.com/browse/panache-sport/non-wired-sports-bra-7341/30GG/ looking at the cup depth, there's a bit less of depth only and about an inch narrower cup which may be an important difference in how this feels.

helpfulJust for future reference, a nonwired bra with foam, pads or any other semi-rigid material over the bust will often crease to some extent near the base of the breasts when you have a heavy enough bust--this doesn't indicate a bad fit if everything else is great.
In this case though, it's clear that this cup size is excessive-it's just hard to assess how many sizes you are above the ideal because the overly tight band is taking up much of the slack you would otherwise observe in the cup area. I would recommend taking a full bust (overbust) perimeter measurement and then look for the size that tends to fit other people with the same full bust measurement. It's only a rough indicator but with a nonwired design, at least it provides a start.
For the band, I know you anticipate needing a 30 but be aware that when cups are much too big, it makes the band feel loser than it is. You may want to also try a 32 because some batches of the Panache Sports run very small in the band.
Just a note about the straps: due to the excess cup fabric and the tightness, the band has crept down far below the underbust line. This is probably why the straps felt tight or too short--the rest of the bra was sitting too low on the body.
