Bra fitting help » Gore digs in and band too loose?
Panache » Cari Moulded Spacer Bra (7961) » 28F 28:7
Issue resolved
I just tried it on after 6 months and it fits better. I also bent the wires out a little
Original problem
The gore dogs in and sometimes leaves a bruise if I keep it on long enough. I also have to tighten the band to the middle or first set of hooks cause it doesn’t feel as secure.

helpfulGreat bra! Bend the wires for a better fit. 28f is a perfect fit. I hope this helps. 🤞

helpfulPanache Bras have a hard tack.
you might want to try another brand if you can't alter it. Here are some alterations https://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/alterations/http://brasihate.blogspot.com/2012/01/what-to-do-with-those-pesky-wide.html I think it's kind of difficult to see b/c she used a black bra to illustrate this.
EDIT: I re-read your post again, I see that you said the "underwire runs too high" in your underarm, you need another bra.
Maybe Comexim Basic Half Cup 3HC Padded Underwire Bra, or Comexim Basic Padded Plunge Underwire Bra https://www.breakoutbras.com/collections/comeximUpdated on October 3, 2022 Flag this

that's a great question. some people developed an app to convert their UK bra size to their Comexim size, for both Breakout Bras or when ordering directly from Poland. http://comeximcalc.herokuapp.com/
I size up in the band in Comexim personally. So, I would recommend starting with a 28 band in Comexim. But if for some reason you want to a tighter band, then you could size down. Of note: their black bras run tighter than the other colours.
If we used your size of 28F UK, you would order 28G from breakout bras. http://comeximcalc.herokuapp.com/result?band_size=28&cup_size=F&store_name=Breakout+Bras It's a good place to start. They are returnable/exchangable through BreakoutBras.com

some people also go up an additional cup for the 3HC half cup, because the cups are more wide and shallow, so it will create more cleavage.
So, if I had to guess, maybe 28G for the padded plunges from Breakout Bras, and possibly 28GG for their padded half cups (3HC)?? It's questionable.

helpfulHave you tried this in a 28E, by chance? I think the gore is digging because the cups are too big. You can also see the shape is quite full-coverage on you rather than being more of a baclonette shape.

What size would you recommend? Also do I need a 26 band because my snug underbust is 26.5.
