Issue resolved
bra band tension fixed
Original problem
The cups of the bra near the gore gap when I move my shoulders forward and hunch my back (idk if that is normal lol) the gore also digs in painfully in the middle. is this a shape mismatch or should i try a cup size down?

helpfulThe band may be riding up due to uneven band tension. If you fix the band tension the slight gapping at the top of cup and the digging gore may be fixed too. You might need an extender to fix the band tension since it looks like the bottom part of the band is what is too tight and the top part of the band is too loose cause the band to ride up:

helpfulI agree with loxus, if the band is properly alligned and not pulling upwards the cups will rest at their correct natural position which is likely to prevent the underwire digging and straps might settle down as well. I had this style a sister size up from yours and found the straps placement to cause the top of the cups to sit oddly despite having very wide shoulders. It's a well known trouble among ewa m bras that the straps traditionally have been farther off to the side than most people's bodies are built, but it can easily be remedied by bringing them closer in towards the center of your chest a couple of cm.

yes, i have a narrow-ish frame and the straps were falling off throughout the day unless i tightened them to the max which is painful. Can you request EM to move the straps in or is this a diy thing? might need to dust off my sewing machine again..😂
